This hotel has so much potential as the majority of the staff are great, and the grounds are really nice and well maintained. There's sufficient pool space and the first hotel I've been to where there are zero issues with getting loungers. So kudos for that! What lets this hoteldown was lack of creativity with the food, the entertainment team, and reception staff. We had a garden room for the 4 of us, which, although tired looking, was sufficient in size, clean, and well equipped. The cleaning staff were always pleasant and accommodating with any requests. There's several pools, some busy with daily activities and others more peaceful. There's lots of loungers, so there is no need for an early rise to secure. The restaurants were busy and in fairness to the staff they were always quick to clear tables or offer drinks. One of the team leaders, Sertec, was excellent and treated us well by ensuring we were always catered for. We are well versed and accepting of all-inclusive dining and appreciate that after 2 weeks, it may be repetitive. However, this hotel is repetitive and has minimal creativity. Whether it's lunch or dinner, bar one or two dishes, it was the same every night. There's minimal effort for kids, and my 14 year old ate mostly chips and boiled rice. He was also eating chicken until he came across a few pink coloured pieces. At lunchtime, the restaurant near Lykia bar served hamburgers, which were cheap rubbish, albeit the pizza and pide were really nice. There are plenty of bars and again the staff work nonstop. My only gripe is that the Efes lager was flat and lifeless for the whole 2 weeks. The entertainment team needs a proper shake-up. I may be over critical, but having previously been at Limak Arcadia, the Limra team is nowhere near their standard. The assistant manager was pretty decent/funny and pass marks for Dani and Sercan, who were approachable and regularly engaged with the guests. The rest, however, were too busy trying to score with the young females rather than do their job and entertain. Ali Baba was probably the worst of the bunch. During one game of water polo, 3 staff took turns to supervise the game. Each one showed no interest and sat on their phones throughout, paying zero attention to the game. At the foam party, every one of the entertainment team present including the assistant manager were sat down, on phones with most puffing away on cigarettes. Not one of them engaging with the guests. The reception staff really need to be more welcoming. In particular, not many could speak English, and Arif Emre has a horrible attitude with no communication skills. There is a fitness gym located near the wellbeing spa. Although it is well equipped, it is in a serious need of a layer of paint and an upgrade of all equipment. Vladimir, who works there, shows minimal interest, including the safety of the users. I highlighted that a treadmill would not stop for my son when using the stop button and that I had to acti
