Sentido Palmet Beach Resort

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Dirt everywhere. In the room there is a smell of toilet. The food is discusting. In lobby restrooms locks are not working. Someone was in our room while we were gone, even though we left the “do not disturb” sign at the door. How we know that? The safe magically changed it’s location. The beach towels are super old and with holes. Most of the plates in the “restaurant” are dirty. The door in our room is just destroyed ( photo added) The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the garden looks nice.

My friends and I (12 people) stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel staff were not friendly, the bartenders and reception could not speak English, the man in charge of the Turkish bath was very rude and racist towards non-Turkish staff. You have to wait a long time in a long line to get anything (even for eggs at breakfast or ice cream in the evening). (If you pay the bartender, you don't have to wait in line) One elevator line was always out of order. everywhere is dirty We booked the standard rooms (in the main building) but they accommodate us for two days in the standard room in the annex building where the rooms have many bugs. In general, this hotel is not 5 stars and international.
