From the moment we arrived at NG Phaselis Bay, it felt like we had barely left — that’s how at home this place makes you feel. Our latest visit reminds us why we keep came back. It’s not just about the stunning venue (which is truly exceptional), but about the people who make the experience unforgettable. Every team member goes above and beyond — every request answered, often exceeding expectations. The NG Guide Team and in particular Kabeer spent time communicating and calling us before our arrival to make sure we would have everything we need. Their warmth and professionalism turn a beautiful resort into something genuinely special. Leaving is always the hardest part, but it’s made easier knowing we’ll be back to create even more memories. For a family that never used to holiday in the same place twice (let alone three times or more!), that says it all. NG Phaselis Bay sets a new standard — one that makes every other vacation hard to compare. Our only challenge now is choosing between exploring new destinations and returning to the one that has truly captured our hearts. To everyone at NG Phaselis Bay: thank you for consistently creating an experience that exceeds all expectations. Lifeguards Erfan & Hasan Faruk Niş Gökmen Değer and Cansu Saraç at Burger & Beer Malika at the Champaign Reception Main Restaurant House Maid Birsen yildiz and Mehmet who went the extra mile to help make sure the regular spaces we used were spotless. Two Gentleman Çagdas and Salih who always made the extra effort to check I was ok and had everything we needed every single time I saw them. And finally, Kabeer from the NG Guide Team. Words are not enough to explain how much effort Kabeer added to make sure our latest visit to NG Phaselis Bay was the most memorable. My sincere thank you to you and the whole NG Phaselis Team for making our latest visit so special.

We rested at the end of October, the temperature was on average 23-25 ​​degrees, the location was picturesque, the weather tended to be cloudy, the sun was not very intense. In summary - wonderful, luxurious holiday, tip top service, excellent food and drink, wonderful evening shows. Personal assistant is a great convenience service. The room was always cleaned, there was no noise, we slept with the balcony door open. A small minus, many chairs by the pool were reserved early in the morning, but no one used them. The staff could limit such behavior. I have never rested so luxuriously. You get what you pay for.

We are very happy to have spent our holiday at NG Hotel. The service was excellent, the cocktails were great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Our room was nice, room service was very good, and cleanliness was perfect. The bay area was amazing. Especially Mr. Salih, Mr. Timur, and Mr. Mehmet — the long-haired one — their service and attention made us very happy. Thank you very much, and we hope to see you again!

Just home from a family holiday (7 people in their 60s, 30/40s and age 11) A true 5 star hotel as supposed to a 4/5 star. Excellent service, all staff so friendly and want to go above and beyond, even at end of season! Ultra all inclusive with lovely little extra touches….fruit/crisps/nuts served with drinks at the pools/bars, branded alcohol, hot tasty food where literally they serve everything you could possibly think of, 24 hour Moet and choccies bar in reception area. We decided not to pay extra for the a la carte options but was not disappointed by the humungous buffet with beautiful presentation and live cooking stations. Some meals we opted for the Nautilus restaurant so a sit down menu/dining experience overlooking the mountains and sea instead; the food and choice was fab, and was different options to the buffet restaurant too. Burger resturant a real must which served fancy gourmet burgers and sides. Swimming pool area by the sea was wonderful and clean, waiters on roller skates around the bars/pools, and the sun loungers even had little call buttons if you didn’t fancy strolling a few metres to the bar lol. Special mention to Mimmet and Sadir and waiters in Nautilus but all staff absolutely lovely and smiley and energetic. Main evening shows 9.30-10.15/10.30 ish were actually really great with companies clearly sourced in each night to entertain with music/dance/acrobats as supposed to some hotels which is in-house. Beach area was so chilled and nice to have this quite close to the pool area where the kids play but also far enough away to feel like a totally different vibe. There were so many little extras (too long to list on here and don’t want to spoil the surprise) that really made it a hotel that stands out from all the other 4 star and “supposed” 4/5 star all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at before. You won’t be disappointed. You also won’t go hungry! My only feedback would be to advertise the day/evening entertainment for the week ahead to help with a bit of planning, as supposed to a text on the app each morning for the hours ahead.

We had a very pleasant stay at NG Phaselis Bay. Everything was 100/10. Room, staff, ambient, food , entertainment programs. Kabeer was the best assistant and helped us with everything. We had a lot of questions and requests and he responded us very quickly and professionally. Darya has also responded all the time with smile and positivity Firat was the best Bartender at MonteCristo Bar .

Wonderful hotel. From the first moment, everything impressed me: starting from the interior, location, abundance of greenery, extremely helpful staff, ending with service, food quality, price, etc. We were in almost all the a'la Carte restaurants, we liked everything, I was especially impressed by the whole show with food preparation at the Ikura restaurant. The food in the steak restaurant was very tasty. The hotel's territory is not very large, but very well-groomed, very cozy and what impressed me the most - an endless amount of plants and greenery. I highly recommend it and I would come back again.

This is our second time at Phaselis and we don't regret coming back for a moment. We were happy to see that everything is almost the same as last year with small exceptions. We were very happy to see Mr Arda Golgedar, the Service Manager, who was a wonderful host to us both the first year and this year. He is the most attentive and involved person, you can feel his absence in the main restaurant, this was the difference from last year when there was dancing around, everything was in order. We were very happy to see him again because he is a wonderful person who knows how to do his job and treats everyone with seriousness and warmth. We would also like to thank Yekta Guclu who, like Mr Arda, is a professional and a man who does his job with love. We also thank Kabeer and his colleague for their promptness when we called them. We felt wonderful and we will definitely come for the 3rd time. The only downside is the evening entertainment, it's a bit weak for such a hotel with such services, if the entertainment was better it would be perfect. We thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts, from the waiters, the chefs to the woman who cleaned our room and the gentleman who cleaned the pool. Hello from "The Holiday is over and you can't whait to come back to NG Phaselis alredy!" My family just came back from this weekend and i can say that our holidays where wonderful. The hotel was perfect. The room number 1305 with a sea view was amaising! The services where par excellence, all the staff without exception. Our Guide Diyara was very disponible and very kind, we had solutions for all our needs! And thank you Kabeer for the bakllava you shared for our friends in my hometown, they enjoyed them. The sea , the pool, the kids zone, the spa zone , the bars and the restaurants , everything was above our expectations. And as cerry in the cake the VIP Zone at the airport! Thank you!

Dr. Vefa is incredibly caring and professional – a true gem. Having such a high level of service and attention to detail in a hotel is rare. NG Phaselis Bay goes beyond five stars.
