Resepsiyondan başlamak uzere tüm personel cok candan ve işinde cok başarılı, açıkçası konum cok Merkezi olduğundan isletmecilik zayıf olacağını düşünmüştüm ama yanılmışım herşey cok titizlikle yönetiliyor otel ışıl ışıl gerçekten yemekler yeterli ve lezzetli ayrica beach kısmında sipariş üzerine yapilan servis 5 yıldız, bazı yorumlarda okuduğum ac kaldik mc danolsta hamburger yedik diyenlerin afedersinz ama beyinsiz oldugu kanaatine vardım yıllanmış ekmegiyle dondurulmuş koftesini otelin taze kofteyle yapılmış enfes patatesle servis edilen hamburgeriyle kiyaslanmis olması cok enteresan ve akla ziyan,odalar geniş konforlu yalnizca banyo vok küçük oldugundan kapısiyla biraz duello yapmak icab eder, konum zaten enfes deniz mukemmel iskele Mevcut demlik cafe ve açık alan oturma yerleri cok şık inşallah tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle teşekkürler

All staff members are very helpful hotel is spotless with a special mention to Enise who looked after my son and myself with a great service. Always smiling and always offering information for sight seeing. Any anything we had questions about she would always get the answers to help us. Hotel is definitely 5* with a fantastic service. I am already looking to return in the summer.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from May 8 to May 17. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We missed seafood in the restaurant, there wasn't fruit,except for apples and oranges.WE bought strawberries and apricots ourselves at the market. At that time,the air conditioners in the rooms had not yet been turned on,although temperature had already reached about 30 degrees. The mattresses and pillows were very hard. We were very satisfied with the massages in the SPA center.Masseurs Fatima and Barysh did an exellent job. Thank them very much. Marija and Kestutis.

We visited the hotel in May 2025. The rooms were worn out, the bathroom smelled of sewage, and the hairdryer was broken. The food was rather poor, with only apples and oranges served as fruit for seven days straight. The hotel definitely does not deserve its 5-star rating! The cocktail selection was bad, and the service was unpleasant. There were no entertainment events at all. The only positive aspect was the location. I do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2024 and, unfortunately, my experience was mixed at best. Before my arrival, I attempted to contact the hotel directly to request a twin room. Unfortunately, the reservations operator couldn’t speak any English, and my calls to the front desk went unanswered. I ended up making the request through my travel agent and hoped it would be communicated properly. When I arrived late at night, I was told I had been given a double bed and that there was no record of my request. They offered a twin room as an upgrade, but it was over my budget. I asked if a room switch could be arranged the next day. During this interaction, the receptionist made a sarcastic and inappropriate comment implying that the man I was with must be my brother since I requested twin beds. Given that my partner and I are of different races, the comment felt completely out of line. I was too exhausted to confront it at the time, but it left a bad impression. To the hotel’s credit, they added an extra bed the following day after I asked again, which I appreciated. The best feature of this hotel is its location—right in town, close to amenities, and with its own well-maintained beach that includes free Wi-Fi. The food was just okay: edible but bland, and it could definitely benefit from more seasoning. The overall service was also underwhelming. Most of the staff didn’t smile, and a few male receptionists gave the impression that they resented being there. All in all, it was an average stay. While the location is a strong point, the lack of service quality and the uncomfortable experience at check-in mean it’s unlikely I will be returning.

We stayed for 7 days in Imperial Turkiz Resort Hotel. The main resturant offers variety of great dishes and there is also an extra italian restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar service was excellent. Enise makes the best coffee!
