Peermont d'Oreale Grande at Emperors Palace

We only stayed 1 night as a stop over however it was very nice and had a lovely meal in their restaurant as we didn't fancy wandering round to find somewhere else to eat. If you like casinos you will find loads of them in the complex. Our room was nice and quiet for me and comfortable.

We stay at the hotel very often and really enjoy it. The staff are great and the fact that you can wander to the casino and multiple entertainment venues makes it the best place to stay on a short stop over. There are a large amount of good restaurants, try Tribes for the best steak around or if you want to spend less the Spur is also great. The only issue in the hotel is the swimming pool. There is a great pool area, nice sun beds and nice gardens BUT the pool is freezing cold and far too cold to swim. Please please heat it, it will make the whole experience even more enjoyable and would easily push this review up to a 5 star review.

Would definitely recommend if you are staying close to the airport. Pleasantly surprised to find this beautiful resort right next to the airport. It really does have all the facilities you could wish for. Loads of restaurants to choose from, little arcade for the kids, cinema, casino and even a theatre. We really enjoyed our stay although it was only for one night. Staff were really welcoming and accommodating and the cocktails were delicious. Really appreciated the shuttle bus to the airport as well. Would definitely recommend.

After having dental surgery and much on travel wise, I booked a night here as a treat for us before a long haul flight the next day. We were given a substandard room but told we should be grateful as it was an upgrade of sorts. We finally got moved to a different room and floor. We were not told at all that from first thing in the morning we would be loudly woken up by the loudest worst buiing work ever!!!!!!! They actually took my money knowing full well it is a disaster zone here at the moment!!!!

So close to the airport this hotel 🏨 is perfect 😍 for getting over a long ✈️ flight from uk 🇬🇧 . No aircraft noise at all. Our first time in Africa. We stayed for 2 nights. Great complex next door with casino 🎰. It’s a bit like a mini vegas. Lovely staff. Breakfast you pick from the menu and prepared to order. The pool 🏊‍♀️ isn’t open till April but the ducks 🦆 seemed to like it. Loads of restaurants to choose from in emperor’s complex. You can use walkway from hotel lobby to get there. We went to hooters one night and tribe (wagyu beef 🥩 amazing) the other. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful reception area. Stunning decor over the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately the overall stay wasn’t great. The hotel isn’t very kid friendly. I requested a kettle for the room as I was traveling with my 1 year old and needed to make his bottle. Both reception and housekeeping blatantly refused and didn’t try to assist. Resturant downstairs was decent , the host was pleasant and welcoming. But again, the Resturant did not cater for kids. We requested a baby chair , after refusing to assist - they eventually brought us a baby chair. Every morning for the 3 days that we stayed - this was a problem for staff. We also requested a cot for the room , which they happily assisted but every day the cleaning ladies would dismantle it and remove all the sheets so every afternoon we had put this cot together. The housekeeping staff did not put in clean towels and we had to make 6 calls to reception and housekeeping for bath towels. Definitely not what I expected.
