Holiday Inn 員工經常帶着笑容，每次經過接待處總會得到親切的問候，令人有回家的感覺。酒店提供自助早餐，食物種類不算太多，但對我們來說已不錯，餐廳服務員 Maria 每朝都會對每枱住客問好，我們住了多日，每天到餐廳用餐都會與她傾談當日行程，言談之間亦加深了解當地文化，其他員工會非常忙碌在餐廳內穿梭及打點一切，有時人手不足，廚師亦會親自送上熱騰騰的食品到餐廳前枱，務求令住客盡快享用到豐富的早餐。
總括來說，我對Holiday Inn Ashford 十分滿意。

It started with the circle doors broken at the entrance and the lift out of order, anyone with a disability would have had to take the stairs. With the negative Manager receptionist saying we couldn't check in yet but didn't offer us to store room for our bags-so we had to ask. Also asked to make sure it was a room away from any noise or events, yes we were on the first floor with no disruption, the Manager said. Got to our room and it was part of the rest of renovation on that floor but ours had not yet been done? As we could see and smell of tobacco and old socks, opened for the windows dead spiders and cobwebs dropped from them. There was no phone, electrics did not work, the draws fell apart and air-conditioning leaked. Then after a long day walking around Ashford's town and looking for a lovely nights sleep , we could also see we were lied too as there were a few events going on and we were directly above them .We asked soo many times why would you put us in a room when already said we wanted a room away from any noise. The Manager did not help at all and that goes for all our requests? Let me spare from the breakfast as well, a baby could have made a better meal. We were meant to have stayed another night but decided not too. Please go and spend your money on another Hotel and don't waste it on this one!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Received a 95 pound parking ticket on the last day of our stay, even though the car was registered at the front desk and we were still guests. Management was completely uncooperative and claims they are not responsible for tickets in their parking lot even though they offer free parking and the lot is connected to their building. Booked on 2nd March for 2nd December looked on their web site to see what meals there is there then found out hotel is closed phoned the hotel only to be told it is closed until July 24 no emails no phone calls would have travele d 300 miles to this hotel

Lovely stay, tend to frequent quite often when travelling for business. Nice and close to the euro tunnel. Always clean and tidy rooms, easy check-in/check-out and no hassle. Will likely be back soon!

This was my second time staying at this hotel, en route from Germany back to Ireland. Like last year, I again needed overnight accommodation not too far from the Eurotunnel terminal and the nightmare that is the M20 motorway, for myself and my dog. Having stopped here last November, I didn’t look any further when booking a hotel this October. I can really only echo my review from last year by saying that I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay. I had even asked for the same ground floor room not too far from reception, as I find it so very convenient for early morning and late-night dog walking. Although it is “just” a standard double room, it is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped including a great bed and bedding, and fabulous black-out curtains. As someone who hates wetting their hair in the shower, I was again pathetically happy with the thoughtfully positioned shower controls opposite the shower head, at the other end of the large shower tray. Importantly for me as I was travelling with my dog, we were both made most welcome by all the friendly staff, and we took advantage of the riverside walks very close to the hotel (down Kinney’s Lane). The grassy space to one side of the hotel is ideal for early morning and late-night walkies, but please clean up after your dog; there are plenty of bins provided.

We had booked 1 room for 3 adults as the hotel was nice and close to the eurotunnel. When we arrived to the hotel at 1am we was informed that there was no room available. We had booked the hotel through *********** in May, 3 months prior to the stay. We was informed by the hotel staff that *********** had not forwarded the booking to the hotel. A staff member who was sleeping in the hotel room gave us his room for the night. The hotel room the staff member was using had 3 beds. The room price was discounted for us but we were left feeling very disappointed.

We arrived for a short stay with friends and we were greeted by the excellent staff who deserve ten out ten for service and hospitality shown to us .A new menu and very capable kitchen staff provided us with great breakfasts and mouthwatering dinners.
