KT Apartments

The showers are great but takes getting used to the beds were awesome living room and balcony were great view at day and night were great, mostly at night, three flat screen TV's were awesome the facilities were also awesome, the only thing that was hars to use is the stove top.

Extremely nice and comfortable apartment that is fairly roomy with nice views. We are a couple with two kids who did not mind sharing the spare room king sized bed. It would be suitable for two couples with the way the bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the apartment. It is a short drive to the Adelaide city centre. Free secure parking

Well appointed apartment, but needed one or two more comfortable lounge seats for four guests. I had thought we booked a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment, but it transpired we had only one bathroom. Check your booking confirmation! Good proximity to city and sights.

Great apartment - very comfortable, modern and well equipped - and in a great location for us, close to the city centre and to supermarkets and other shops and services. But the communication before arrival about how to get into the apartment was quite unsatisfactory (to put it very mildly), as it led us to believe there would be a lock-box containing keys, but it turned out we needed a digital key, and we didn't get the information about that until 20 minutes before we were expecting to move in, and also we didn't get any information about getting a second key until we phoned the reception office to find out (the next day). For such a nice apartment and the amount we were paying, this was very disappointing and spoiled our initial experience.

These apartments are fabulous. We had a two bedroom/ 2 bathroom which was very spacious. The kitchen, dining lounge area is very large with a large outside deck. Lovely toiletries are supplied. It was about a 15 minute easy walk to the CBD. We parked the car in the car park provided and walked everywhere.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family. The apartment is decent and clean. However, the lift broke down over 2 days and during this time, I have a family member who require mobility assistance. Called the reception line and help was sent to assist us in leaving the apartment; staffs assisted us with carrying the wheelchair down to basement carpark while I help my family member down the many flight of stairs. Was told the lift will be fixed next day but it wasn't so. The staff managed to get the lift "working" and taught us. However, I think other guests soon learnt about it too and also started using the lift. Worst moment for me is during check-out, where I got a flight to catch and the lift isn't working. Called the reception line and was told that she couldn't help us. Have to carry 3 luggages down myself before helping my family member down the endless flight of stairs. I can only say the stay would be good if everything function as it is. Otherwise, you are pretty much on your own, especially when reception line is not in operating hours.
