This was my 2nd visit to Apeiros Chora and like the first one it was as amazing as the 1st one. The guest house is an old family home combining traditional architecture and materials with modern amenities. It has been restored by the owners with an aesthetic sensitivity and elegance that respects and honors tradition while providing modern-day amenities. The guest service is impeccable, unobtrusive, intimate and flexible. The owners, Athina and Giorgos, have created a setting that is inviting, relaxed and focused on meeting the guests' preferences and desires. The guest house is located in a beautiful mountainous part of Greece that provides plenty of summer and winter outdoor activities (hiking in the famous Vikos gorge and many other locations, river trekking, kayaking, canyoning, rock climbing, swimming...). The house is so inviting that is also ideal for just staying put to relax, read, and enjoy the vistas. While Greece is famous for its islands, once you experience a stay at Apeiros Chora you'll be drawn to come back for more as I plan to myself again in the future.

The hotel is definitely a 5* from all points of view. Clean, very spacious rooms, refurbished with style and full of antique items and furniture selected with lots of taste. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. It is located in a very nice area surrounded by green, very peaceful and definitely what we needed in order to rest, and we did:) But the most important factor in making this a very memorable holiday is, George, the owner. One of the most interesting persons we ever met and we became very good friends. Thanks to his vast knowledge of the region and many more things, all the areas he suggested for us to visit were most interesting. Let alone the restaurants where we had excellent food and service. Wherever we mentioned his name we received excellent treatment as he is very highly respected. And we will definitely return soon. Needless to say that we recommend Apiros Hora to people who want more than just a hotel. We wish Apiros Hora, Georges and his wife Athina every success

We arrived on sempetmber 3rd (sunday) . Less than 24 houres latter the rains and fluds started...instead of two nights we stayed until suterday morning when rescue helicopter took us out of there. During all this time we were taken care by yannis the hotel manager and Zoe. Great people. No power, no water, Yannis stayed calm and helpfull. Tryed his best to make everybody in good mood. We have no words to discribe this person. We wish him a fast return to bussiness. A great thanks to him and Zoe.

Here are some of the things that we loved most about Apeiros Chora: - The heritage of the 19th century Zagori mansion, beautifully restored to retain its original charm. - The proprietors, warm and welcoming hosts who are passionate about sharing their love of the Zagori region. - The location, in the heart of the Zagorochoria known for its small stone villages and alpine beauty. - The amenities, including comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast, and many others that we didn't have the time to try (like the sauna and spa).

we recently came back from greece after a 3 nights visit at the marvelous Apiros Chora Hotel. We came back , but my heart styaed there! Athina and Yorgos, the owners, are such kind and generous people that really care for you. we felt welcomed from the first minute we enterd their place and all long our stay. The house is beautifule, has been the family house for generations (ask Yorgos for the house tour) , Athina's great touch is well shown in every detail! the rooms are big and cosy, breakfasts are so generous and tasty and most important - the lovely company ! as Yorgos said - "the thing about a holiday is the people you meet". I couldn't agree more.
