Maasia Eco Lodge has both rooms but you also can camp there. We slept in a rented tent and stayed two nights. The area is well maintained grass field (by their small herd of cows) , with enough tree and places to rest under the trees. The restaurant serves food with a small African twist and is quite good, though not luxury. When we were there, a Masai men group performed some dances before dinner in a fairly authentic way. From the lodge you can walk to Lake Natron to see the flamingoes (and maybe other animals as well) or to a waterfall at the edge of the Ngorogo mountain. The latter is much like a mountain walk and you need to walk in the water of the brook (till 80 cm deep). So make sure to wear good shoes and keep your stuff dry. Some climbing is involved.
