Arrived to a nice welcome in a nice reception area, that is also the main seating area when the weather isn't so good. There is also a bar in this area, and adjacent to this is another room that has tables and chairs that no one uses as it feels cold and unwelcoming. This room should be changed to sofas coffee tables and soft lighting. The staff are attentive and friendly in all areas of the hotel. I found our bed very hard and struggled to sleep most nights, but my husband found it fine. My main gripe with this hotel is, All inclusive it is not. You can have some cocktails on the all-inclusive but they are made with much cheaper ingredients than when you pay for them, and they tast awful so I kept away from them in the end. Food in the main restaurant was ok, much like most all inclusive places, but the grill area food was often cold, especially the scrambled eggs. There doesn't seem to be heat lamps there, or certainly not sufficient to keep food warm. Rooftop bar is the only place to go for the evening and there is simple entertainment . The food restaurant there is very good but costs extra, as can the beach bar restaurant food, though that is also good. Be warned you will get eaten alive, I asked for a citronella candle , they couldn't provide. Sunbeds definitely look tired and dirty. I've never seen anyone cleaning the pools. They need to be done. The beach area also looks like someone has just thrown some old sunbeds out there. Overall it has good qualities, but it can do with some updating and TLC. This hotel can not rely on their staff alone to keep the 5* In its current form, this hotel is worth no more than 3* Conclusion 1 Make a comfortable seating area in the room that is hardly being used. An alternative to the rooftop bar 2 At least some of the cocktails should be made with quality ingredients for ALL. Especially use oranges rather orange syrup. After all they are grown on the Island

I stayed here from 6th to the 18th October. The greatest points are the attentive nature of all the staff. Every single one of them knew exactly what we wanted within a couple of days and if they didnt they very quickly accommodated you. As we were late arriving i assumed we would be left a dry sandwich and a bottle of water, but no this has to have been one of the best ever late arrival feasts i have ever had. Another 5 star hotel with a very high rating doesnt even come close to what we had. Thank you for this small touch to start with The accommodation is very nice and clean, but i work in Interior fitout, loose tiles and poor tiling finishes grated on me as did the holes in the joinery that needed French polishing out and the protruding Pozi screws sticking out of the panelling. But that is me being professionally critical. The hotel is being extended / developed and it does appear that it will all be one at a later stage, very exciting to see what i could be in a couple of years time, maybe sooner, maybe the management could keep us updated ? Food: well i have seen some comments about food being cold. There is a microwave oven that can be used so if you dont use it and your food is cold its possibly your own fault. Certain Food that is kept warm for extended periods becomes unpalatable and a quick zap in the MW is usually the best way to address this whether its 5 Star or a dark night. The food presented was very good, with a plentiful choice of fish, meat, and the vegetables ........ o my the potatoes were flavoured with different herbs and spices differing every night, that was something to look forward to and will get me thinking in the kitchen. The variation of carrots and beans also were amazing Critical comment though, dont make curry with bones in! I know i have said i am in Interior works but if your doing curry, bone the thighs, open them up, marinade them, burn (grill) them and then leave to cook for a few hours. Little bones needed to be looked out for. Desserts : I do like the sugary sponge and mousse desserts and some reading this will wonder what i am on but i do often like a savoury dessert. We had cheese (very nice cheeses too) we had wine but heavens no biscuits. Bread doesnt have the same appeal. The Facilities are ok, shall we say the sea is warmer than the pools, the outside bars and restaurants are much better than your average AI with the outside Restaurant serving incredibly large portions that in my opinion should be half. Great if you missed breakfast, i,m no lightweight and did put on 2 kg in the time there, time to diet again. The reception bar is nicely stocked but the furniture has like a gold leaf that is flaking and can be abrasive / sharp, nice seating area that is shaded in the morning, though for a coffee its super spot. The roof top bar again has very attentive staff, i like to chat with other travellers etc over a drink, this was made difficult with the entertainment that to

I spent a week here from the 6th of October To say I was underwhelmed would be putting it mildly I will give a fair and honest from our point of view Firstly the hotel is on the waterfront just across a little road but it really isn't a beach It's pebbles There is nothing to do there if weather isn't great we hired a car and went on a boat trip booked from travel centre just down the road We had read reviews and knew that the beds were going to be uncomfortable so I emailed ahead to ask for mattress toppers which were provided they did help slightly but not much Next the food This is by no means 5 star food Most of it wasn't hot Very good salad selection and breads but the hot food left much to be desired The white wine tastes watered down and the red wine is see through Most cocktails are not included much to my chagrin and only pump mixers Pool area is very nice plenty of beds and excellent spot with lovely views Nightly entertainment in rooftop bar is poor and the hotel lacks a lounge area the one by reception is a doctor's waiting room with horrible chairs that cut your clothes to shreds Rooms seem nice clean and the staff were good from what we can tell All in all I wouldn't return or recommend

Staff ate very friendly ans very accomodating… food is great and facilities are marveloud. We enjoy our stay. Genelyn one of the waitress who is very nice and very good at what she do always make sure we are happy with the service and the food. Hughly recommend the place.

My wife & I had a great week here at Mythos Palace . All the staff from reception to bar staff to waiters & waitresses & cleaners too were very friendly kind & hardworking. We only had bed & breakfast at the hotel & visited the local tavernas on an evening , all of these again were friendly staff , gorgeous food & a beautiful location . The hotel was really quiet & peaceful & no disturbances from other guests . We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week & would certainly return here again .

Everything was so great and the service was fabulous! Voula and Sofia in the rooftop restaurant were wonderful and treated us really well. Room was nice and clean, refreshed everyday as expected. Loved the arrival greeting as well, great way to start the week.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff just cannot do enough for you we both highly recommend it and the the SPA Maria & Georgia where very professional and very happy to help you I cannot highly recommend you must do this at least once 😀😀😀😀

Hotel was very comfortable and location was perfect for a quiet week by the sea and by the pool. Used the roof top restaurant which was excellent - Voula really helped with handling allergy info. Pool side restaurant was excellent for lunches and the whole hotel team was really helpful
