Refreshing Springs Resort

This resort presents so many unique activities for both kids and adults to enjoy. It was my first time here with my family and friends. I spent 80% of my time outside as well, needed to supervise the kids and taking turns to chill with other parents in our group. It was one of the best decision to come here with 4 other families. The highlight of our stay was the Inki river and the hot springs. Too bad the bicycles for hire was not ready yet otherwise could probably had ridden round the site. We were pleasantly surprised with the Joyous Castle as it was not listed on the website. It is new and the kids could play at the castle day and night. Meals that were included in our package had made all the difference - we didn't have to go out to look for food, in fact if one decided to have their meal straight from the river or hot spring in their wet clothing, they could! It was an enjoyable stay and we will definitely be back for more! Remember to bring your slippers as that will be very handy. if you don't have swim suit, just wear your tracks or leggings and t-shirts and enjoy. There is one thing I wish the resort could find a solution to rid of the flies though - I understand there are animal farms around, I'm sure there could be some way to deter the flies from frequenting the dining area.

This place is quite new, and many of the attractions are still not open. We stayed in the Jasmine Room — it was spacious and comfortable. However, there are currently only a few activities available: ( I would recommend to go after few years from now) River walk and swimming: This was nice and relaxing. Glass slide: Not scary or exciting, and you only get one round. After that, you probably won’t want to go again. Hot springs: There are a few pools, but they’re not very impressive, especially compared to places like Tambun Ipoh Waterpark. Jungle trekking: The trail was too easy, with a difficulty level of 1. However, the steps were very steep, so I wouldn’t recommend it for older people. Overall, I found the trip quite boring due to the lack of engaging attractions. I do not recommend staying for 3 days and 2 nights — it’s simply not worth it at this stage. The only highlight was the food — it was excellent.

Beacon Resort is a must-go for friends and family. The resort is idyllic, has the best views, with its natural beauty and excellent up-keep of the facilities. I found beacon as a great escape from the busy city life. A good place to relax. The food was even more fantastic. The serving staff at the dining hall. I would like to thank James and all the service team. They have been extremely kind, caring and helpful. I can say that I got a glimpse of heaven at this resort. I wish the best to Beacon Resorts.

The resort is nice although still undergoing some renovations and upgrades. We only had issues that our booked dates coincided with some team building and they were rather inconsiderate about the keeping the noise down. We were rudely awakened around 11pm to their karaoke session which didn't seem to have any control. Felt like a rave club due to the close proximity! We feel that there should be some control by the staff since other guests too pay to enjoy the serenity of nature and family time here.

Purchased a day package which includes two meals and a complimentary 10 minutes hand massage at the Resort in July 2024. The Resort is beautifully located 2 hours drive from Damansara, Selangor. The area was huge with water falls, cabanas, pet farm, plant garden, horse riding and more. It's definitely worth visiting. The Spa however, require improvement, it looks not too clean, and the therapists are all non english / bahasa melayu / mandarin speaking, making communication hard, and their grooming was out. The food however, was mediocre. One of the employee at the reception called Sham was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The Resort is worth visiting albeit some improvement required.

A great sanctuary not too far ie an hour plus from busy city of Kuala Lumpur. Hidden gem with good development by the operator. One can experience the staying in a jungle experience, enjoying real SPA river/ stream with cold water, underground hot spring, juggle tracking, ... and other activities. We rented 2 units of its 4 beds unit, and wnjoyed the good view, good amenities, and cozy rooms. All meals are covered within the package. It can be different experince depending on individual, but I had enjoyed mybstay very much. Wish to be back again someday. Adios ...
