Went out of their way to make sure I could get cooked breakfast AND join my early starting hill walk. Tactfully kept this pensioner feeling safe by asking which hill I was climbing that day without making a big issue of it. Cooked varied and tasty breakfasts, all ordered the day before via an app.

Excellent b and b, clean , comfortable, good breakfast choices, and lovely hosts. Helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Very central location and handy for cinema and bus stop! Would definitely recommend , and try and stay here next time - only 5 rooms .

This was my second visit to Greystoke House and it won’t be my last. The bed was lovely and cosy. The hotel is very handy for all that Keswick has to offer. The breakfast was delicious and Jon and Emma welcoming as usual. A lovely Lake District hotel!

Our 2 night stay in a double room with en-suite at Greystoke House was fantastic. The room, en-suite, and other facilities were very well kept, the breakfasts were great with good choice, and Jon & Emma were fantastic hosts. Very convenient location for walks and to get to the amenities in Keswick. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Staying with Jon and Emma was amazing. Everything was wonderful, delicious breakfast, beautiful room, comfy bed, fantastic location for the lake, local hiking, shopping and heading out on the town. They were so lovely and even gave advice on local hiking routes and activities. The place is an absolute gem and I plan on returning soon! Book it now....you won't regret it!

We stayed as a family for 2 nights and I honestly don't think we could have found a better place to stay. The location is perfect, the rooms were clean, large and setup great for the 3 of us and the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. The hosts were there to meet us at breakfast and were friendly. We will definitely be staying here again without a doubt.

Jon & Emma are excellent hosts, the breakfast was plentiful fresh and of good quality that set you up for the day, the room was spotless and clean with everything you need for a pleasant stay there was even coffee making facilities with cookies that you don’t often see these days at B&Bs Jon was very knowledgable of the area and nothing was too much trouble, I highly recommend greystoke and we would not hesitate to stay there again should we visit the lakes again in the future.

I have been staying at Greystoke House over many years, whenever I visit Keswick. Jon and Emma are excellent hosts, who always make me feel very welcome. Greystoke House is maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are very comfortable. The cooked breakfasts are outstanding. Greystoke House is very convenient to all the many amenities that Keswick offers. I hope to continue to visit Greystoke House on many occasions in the future.

I had a fantastic stay The location is ideal. John and Emma are such lovely hosts, Greystoke House is extremely clean and welcoming place with an amazing breakfast! I would certainly return for another stay next time I visit the Lake District
