New Pool & Spa!!! A perfect getaway house in Key Largo Florida. A house fully furnished and everything it can offer. The house is very well maintained, cozy and clean with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and open concept kitchen and over looking balcony to dock and plenty of parking. Our new feature Pool & Spa in the backyard to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The heated spa will be an extra charge. A dock with cleaning station, 2 kayaks and great for bicycling to enjoy the community. A simple paradise in viewing sun rise and sunsets. Also great for fishing off the dock. The clearance under the bridge by the Dolphin's Sanctuary that provides access to the Atlantic Ocean is approximately 8 Feet during high tide and10.3 Feet during low tide. Give or take a couple inches depending on the lunar cycle meaning new moon or full moon. There is a secondary option that leads to the Atlantic Ocean through the mangroves. However, boat clearance through the mangroves is only available during high tide. Use at your own discretion.
