I’m pleased to inform you that the room where you and your family stayed was found to be free of bedbugs following a professional inspection by this service. I also wanted to address a point of clarification regarding my previous communication. When I mentioned that "The report is an internal document, and as such, I am unable to share it electronically or physically," I also stated, "However, it is part of our procedure to retain it permanently. Should you return to Key West and wish to review the report, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will be happy to arrange a time to meet with you and show it to you in person."
