The room itself was good, but we were really disappointed that the hot tub and swimming pool were closed for maintenance during our stay. I specifically called the hotel before booking to confirm if the hot tub and pool would be available, and I was told they were fully functional. That was the main reason I chose this hotel. I feel misled, and honestly, it was a waste of money given that the main amenities we were looking forward to were unavailable.

Very nice hotel. Great service including complimentary ski storage. Great pool and hot tub. Nice staff. Trip.com indicated resort fee was $20. Actually was $35 per day. Kind of ridiculous for using a pool and hot tub.

這次來滑雪，離雪場非常近，也有shuttle 往返雪場。外頭還能寄放雪具。溫水游泳池跟spa也很適合家庭出遊，讓孩子們晚上有地方可以玩樂！

I loved everything!! Accommodations were on the money!!! The only thing I didn’t like was that everything shut down at 10pm. I wanted to stay up and enjoy more. Recommend to everyone, just realize the whole thing stops at 10pm including hot tub…

I was particular impressed how quiet this hotel is. The room is very nice. the view was all right. Parking was easy. Even though the parking is across the street, there is a tunnel to cross the road to return to the resort. It is well lid, has cameras and make it easy to get to our car. We can unload prior to parking in front of the hotel. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Superb hotel, very clean, lots of amenities, great staff. Location is great, right by the lake although not quite as much to do as river run. But since there is free on call shuttle, it’s easy to get around. Staff was so kind, courteous and helpful, they make the stay worthwhile on their own. Only downside was that the lakeside cafe wasn’t that great and big horn bistro is okay at best. If they could provide freshly made breakfast (even at a charge), this place would be unbeatable.

Not a good experience. Contruction was VERY loud all day. Room was very hot so you had to open the windows which let in the wild fire smoke and the loud noise from the contruction next door. Not pleasant or relaxing.

The property was amazing! Views were stunning and the staff was amazing! The only issue we had while staying was the lack of A/C in the room. While they do provide you with a fan it doesn’t do much on summer days and nights!
