overall experience poor 22 February 2025 : The bed cover is not of proper size, pillow cover is used, items to cover as chadar was filthy that's why I used their towel to cover their pillow, bought new king size chadar / bed sheet to use in the night. The bathroom pot was dirty...bathroom wall and door was not cleaned for many many days...there was no door mat absorbing wet leg coming from bathroom thereby whole room will be wet and dirty. Their window AC was having opening left which is mosquito path to come inside. No bath soap and other items provided. Cleaning / Pochha without Phenyl etc. No facility like kettle for having hot water, tea etc inside room. No Parking Place for vehicle as it is parked on Road side outside campus.

The location of property was good. Cleanliness was maintained. Staff was polite. However the parking was outside the property. The checkout time was 10 am which is too early.

Poor room service, no complimentary water bottle received, neither towel was there in the room, neither soap. Very hopeless, service phone not working neither tv running. Very disappoint.
