During my recent stay, I found the hospitality staff to be both friendly and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. However, the food served at breakfast was not fresh, except for items cooked on the spot like dosa and eggs. This was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. There were several areas that need improvement. The lighting in the lobby was completely absent, making it dark and unwelcoming. Similarly, the garden area lacked lighting after 8 PM, creating an eerie atmosphere. The pool was overly chlorinated, causing eye infections that lasted throughout the night—this was particularly distressing. Additionally, the tables and beds near the pool were consistently covered, even when guests were using the pool, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, my experience at this hotel was pathetic and felt scary because the staff would switch off all the lights in the lobby and garden areas, leaving not even a zero-watt bulb on. To enhance the overall guest experience, I recommend maintaining proper lighting in key areas. Installing some dim lights in the lobby and garden would make these spaces more inviting and safer. Additionally, ensuring the poolside area is properly maintained and accessible would significantly improve the ambiance. Addressing the issue of excessive chlorine in the pool water is also crucial to prevent health issues for guests.
