It was a Very comfortable stay. I would specially like to mention Mr Jitendra diwedi and Mr Manoj Gupta in the catering service for their exceptional service. The overall housekeeping and cleanliness was great.I would like to come back some day.

The best food from the best chef prahalad yadav. The infrastructure of the the hotel is best their hospitality is awesome they are so kind. The amenties like swimming pool is awesome. I enjoyed very much of my 4 days business trip to this hotel.

It was a two day stay where I booked king bed. To my surprise wc and washbasin were leaking, phone was not working, mattress provided was laid at floor. Staff was extremely rude. People at reception were terrible.

No internet access given. There were loud construction noises and paint smell throughout the wing. Staff did nothing to help even after repeatedly telling them, until I lost my temper and yelled at them. Same thing happened with room cleaning, laundry and general housekeeping services. Room service for simple things like coffee took more than an hour. All the fixtures and amenities are of extremely low quality. The handle of our bathroom door was coming off the door, the flush didn't work properly, and hot water wasn't consistently available. The AC used to go off randomly. When they finally changed our room, the telephone in the new room wasn't working. So we had to call the front desk from our phones to get anything done. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, unless you want to pay 5 star prices for and the service of a truck-stop dhaba.

We stayed 5 days in this hotel. The pool is great. The garden magnificent and great with a walking track and a organic vegetable garden. The room is nice and clean with very good beds. There was a smell in our room (moldy?) and we got another room without a problem. The breakfast is good and the food we had for lunch was fantastic. The staff us great, helpful and very kind, especially Surendra from housekeeping and Jitendra. Sukvendra and Kuldeep from the restaurant. WE certainly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay, I found the hospitality staff to be both friendly and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. However, the food served at breakfast was not fresh, except for items cooked on the spot like dosa and eggs. This was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. There were several areas that need improvement. The lighting in the lobby was completely absent, making it dark and unwelcoming. Similarly, the garden area lacked lighting after 8 PM, creating an eerie atmosphere. The pool was overly chlorinated, causing eye infections that lasted throughout the night—this was particularly distressing. Additionally, the tables and beds near the pool were consistently covered, even when guests were using the pool, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, my experience at this hotel was pathetic and felt scary because the staff would switch off all the lights in the lobby and garden areas, leaving not even a zero-watt bulb on. To enhance the overall guest experience, I recommend maintaining proper lighting in key areas. Installing some dim lights in the lobby and garden would make these spaces more inviting and safer. Additionally, ensuring the poolside area is properly maintained and accessible would significantly improve the ambiance. Addressing the issue of excessive chlorine in the pool water is also crucial to prevent health issues for guests.

Ramada Hotel provided a memorable experience with its top-notch hospitality and culinary excellence. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional dining during the stay. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with an array of delicious dishes that catered to various tastes. Very good Hotel to stay with a family comfortable environment and cooperative staff. Mr. Narayan Sinha and Mr.Sourabh Singh both are so gentle and nice. The Bridge restaurant of the hotel is also providing delicious foods and maintained proper hygiene

It was great experience at the dinning. So co operative & courteous staff. Specially chef Mr. Prahlad Yadav & Ajay Gaur made dinner more memorable. Rooms are also neat and clean. Quite big property to explore. Most recommended for family and solo traveller as well.
