Excellent hosts Ron and his wife always on hand with tips and advice, stayed in family room zero issues no noise even if over bar and overlooking the swimming pool, the pool was spotless and so well maintained, food was great and reasonably priced and they would bring it to your room if you so wished, All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the place itself was spotless. A high standard of maintenance can be seen throughout the property. This is probably a hidden Jem in Khon kaen I’m travelling out toKhon kaen for 10 years. This is far the nicest friendliest welcoming place I’ve stayed in. There’s not really anything negative. I have to say about it. 100%. I will be back here with the family.

The Mai Thai at Kohn Kaen is the best guest house I have ever stayed in for all the eleven holidays I've had in Thailand. Clean, very well maintained, super comfortable with the most friendly owner and staff. Very good value, easy to find, off street parking and a short walk away from many local facilities (market/ shops/ hairdressers etc). I would recommend this place most highly. Thanks, Ron and family/staff for a most pleasant stay.

What a great find, absolutely fantastic place truly well maintained inside and out Beautiful garden areas and pool area and the owner must walk around daily and just look after the place. Have to say really the best value for money I have had for a very long time. The room was spotless, everything worked it was a pleasures to stay here. I only wished we had stayed longer

We stayed for 4 nights here and I can honestly say what a great place. Rob his wife and staff were brilliant. We had the family room which was wonderful the shower was great. The swimming pool was lovely and there's a nice bar that offers good food. We will definitely go back and also highly recommend to our family and friends.

Charming little place. Clean, modern bathroom in the room, nice little pool. A bit if an odd location in that the street leading to it is a dark back lane, but no complaints about the hotel itself. Enjoyed the meat pie for the meal. Would recommend without hesitation if you’re in the area.

Nice gem tucked away but not far from the center. Very clean rooms and loveley establishment. Pool was clean and good for my girl. The English owner from York.. does a great job and is onsite for your needs. Excellent English breakfasts and good prices for K.K. loveley hot shower, fresh towels on request. Will come again. Not far from City Centre. Its a great place for families to stay with family rooms available. We had two bedrooms in our suite which were well laid out and clean. Everything we had here to eat was really tasty. Everything, including the room was very reasonably priced. Without doubt we will stay here again on our next visit to Khon Kaen.

Ich war hier sieben Tage von denen ich keinen einzigen bereue. Der Besitzer und seine Familie waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück gut und auch abends ein Bierchen war immer sehr nett. Kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.
