If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked well in advance, and the hotel confirmed everything without issue. After traveling from another country, we arrived expecting a smooth process, but it was anything but. At check-in, we were repeatedly interrupted every five minutes to sign different documents, which was already frustrating. Despite accepting payment with a different card during the booking process, three hours after check-in, the staff demanded a picture of the cardholder, claiming they made a mistake on their end. This was their error, yet we were left dealing with the consequences. To make matters worse, the rooms were dirty, the service was horrendous, and the staff showed no willingness to help. We ultimately had no choice but to search for another hotel at the last minute. The entire experience was completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s the worst hotel experience imaginable.
