The layout:

Bedroom: King size bed, central AC, ceiling fan, TV, and closet space.

Bathroom: Bathroom features a walk in shower, toilet, and single sink vanity.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper couch, central AC, ceiling fan, dining table for 4, and sitting chair. There is a in-unit washer/dryer located near the bathroom.

Lanai: Lanai set for two with table, egg swing, and beach gear(4 chairs, cooler, and umbrella).

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials start kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

No parking or resort fees. We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
