Cloncarlin House

We had the most perfect stay at Marie's B and B. We stayed there as we attended a wedding at the Killenard hotel and it was ideal. Just 15 minutes away by taxi, Marie made our stay an absolute pleasure. She was extremely helpful in the run up to the stay and helped us by allowing an early checkin so we could droop our bags off before the ceremony. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. Marie was such a wonderful host and went out of her way to help us to find a way back to the airport the next day. The location is beautiful, surrounded by farmland, and we wish we could have stayed an extra day and din't have to rush off. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This place is simply wonderful from start to finish, Firstly Marie pleasantly welcomes you with afternoon tea and then you can go anywhere for dinner. We had a really restful night in the peace and quiet of this beautiful I’d home. Breakfast was fresh and nicely cooked. Our host couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive. Would love to come back. By the way it’s ridiculously good value too,

This is a charming B&B filled with great character and warmth! Fantastic, classic furnishings, and the most comfortable bed after 10. months traveling. (Thank you so much, Marie!) Coming up to the house, we were invaded by a group of young bunnies, adding just the right touch of magic to our visit! Marie brought us a pot of tea and biscuits after checking us in and we relaxed. Marie's full Irish breakfast was a feast! A beautiful way to experience Ireland!

This place is beautiful. Marie was so accommodating when we arrived at 10pm. The building has so much character and I loved how it was decorated. I loved the long driveway up and the views where beautiful. The rooms were the perfect temperature and bedding was so lovely. We arrived with a baby and with Marie there it made traveling with Damien so much easier. Prices were great and breakfast was lovely. Every little detail was perfect. Would definitely stay again. I loved the vintage style to some of the house and the china was like a treat to use.

This lovely B and B was just as described and even better! Marie is a gracious, welcoming hostess. The grounds are beautiful and we loved seeing the wee rabbits hopping about as we drove the long, treelined driveway. The cattle and horses about in the fields are top quality. The house is tastefully decorated and the beds so comfortable. Good shower facilities too. The breakfast was delicious. Marie had recommendations for supper as well. We were made to feel most welcome and when I had forgotten something , Marie was quick to message me. So kind. In short a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this B and B if you are in the area. Words really can't do it justice.

We stayed here during the August bank holiday weekend and we had such a lovely stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely long driveway and gorgeous grounds. We were greeted with a lovely welcome by Marie, tea & biscuits and had a delicious breakfast before leaving. It was so hard to leave, the house is beautiful! We will definitely be back, thank you Marie!

Zo'n warm en vriendelijk welkom Er wordt hier goed voor je gezorgd. Het ontbijt is en word met liefde voor je klaar gemaakt. De sfeer van het huis brengt je terug in de tijd............................................................

Casa ideal por fuera, entorno maravilloso.Por dentro....falta mucho mantenimiento,huele a fogata,insectos de todo tipo en las habitaciones (arañas,moscas, mosquito y polillas),grifos de lavabo con fugas que apenas dan agua,en mi ducha no daba el caudal para poder aclararse...una pena porque la casa es una maravilla pero... le falta muchísimo mantenimiento para estar en condiciones . Desayuno normal,y la dueña es amable y atenta. Mobiliario y decoración antiguos que pegan muy bien en el estilo de la casa,habitaciones grandes,moqueta en todo,escaleras incluidas.
