Amazing serene and very good service I'm a happy client. The food is wonderful and the staff are friendly. The spa is extremely cool.Good service at the spa and good customer service. This is a hidden gem in kilifi. Promised myself to be back here.

Everything nice a part from sone wired foggy smell when you get to the rooms .if you spray them and give some good smell then we are good to go ,so big rooms with enough space for couples or family.So few internal work and we are good to go.Thanks alot

The rooms were great, wonderful in fact. We were in the premier suite, a two bedroom. Accommodates 4 people, this is a beach front suite with one room also facing the pool. The suite was big, very well thought out with good air conditioning in all rooms and common spaces like the living area to keep you cool during from the kilifi heat, comfort Beds and seats on the balconies, the bathroom was stellar big enough, they could section the apartment and have them as honeymoon suits with the his and hers facilities in the bathroom. The food was okay.. we loved the chicken pizza( it had another name) the staff were super accommodating and friendly. Being a boutique hotel the privacy and intimateness truly gives you a relaxed feel. They have Swahili sundays which I loved( all staff dressed in swahili inspired attire, they truly went all out even with the background music being swahili truly immersed you in the culture subtly. We were on half board and additionally there was complimentary 4 o’clock tea. The hotel didn’t have water sport activities however, if you spoke to the reception they were great at helping you enjoy some activities like the sunset dhow at kilifi bay( creek) which I totally recommend and carry your swim suit there was a point at which you dip into the warm waters as you watch the last minutes of the sunset, also carry snacks, drinks or speak to the dhow team to organize. Back at the hotel I did try out the spa.. had a combo service of scrub, wrap, massage and facial. I did it just at the end of my stay, and it was great( the staff were super professional) keep sunburns at bay. The hotel did a great job at managing bugs and mosquitoes in the entire property. And the seller of the big pool that connected to some rooms ( swim up suites) you never at one point felt crowded. We did the water aerobics, stephen( tata) was great and went with the flow also a great way to meet other hotel guests. Finally kilifi has high tides, so accessibility to the beach is from about 9am to 2-3pm, you can walk during this time. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Silver Palms became one of my family's favourite places a few years ago. My family is delighted to be back here. Many things are the same...delightfully so. Some things have changed....Michael the best GM I have ever met, left the resort. That said, the hotel still boasts of a wonderful, friendly staff team who make the stay so much better. The hotel rooms are very large and spacious, as are the bathrooms...with a great big tub for a soak. The pool is a favourite space for all guests. It's large, you don't have to bump onto other swimmers. The property is clean, beautiful gardens....that would serve a small wedding beautifully. The hotel is small, which we love....one doesn't feel lost among hundreds of other guests like at other resorts at the Kenyan coast. The food is ok....breakfast and dinner are buffet style with both hot and cold options. I think they could do better with food options....being at the coast, a few more sea food options would be great. I highly recommend silver palms and would definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for being especially considerate of my 83 year old. And we were delighted to see Linda again, who we met during our previous visits. Thank you team Silver Palms.

Extremely nice place with excellent service. The rooms are very nice with a good view of the sea. The swimming pool design is also very well done with the swim up rooms providing a good opportunity to swim directly from your rooms. Very friendly staff

I chose to celebrate my birthday here and I have no regrets whatsoever ❤️.The staff are friendly, a kind gentleman,Amisi Fredrick from booking to the arrival experience was a top notch,Maureen was helpful too. I got an upgrade of the room which made my birthday even more beautiful ❤️. The food is just amazing, a big thank you to all the amazing chef's who made every meal worth the bite. A special thanks to the service team led by Elias,two Dennis()and David(trainee) who made the birthday worth,they sang with so much energy kudos to all of you.Without forgetting the cake was amazing. I thank Abdul for his great décor,kept the room clean and tidy, turn down service was done perfectly. I mean this is just a small world of its own,a quiet place, beautiful scenery,great swimming pools..thank you Kelvin(receptionist) who made the check out easy. A big thank you to all, definitely coming back again.
