Easy walk to the sound side for miles of back path and gather with neighbors and friends at the community boat ramp for breathtaking sunsets. The cottage was very cute and comfortable. It was furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Greg, was a good host and was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. My friend and I enjoyed our visit there.

Perfect beach bungalow This was the perfect beach house. It was the right size for my husband and me. It had all of the things one would need from linens to beach equipment. The host, Greg, was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Summer Vacation This was our second vacation to the Outer Banks and the first time staying on the islands. This is the best way to experience the Banks. Anyone thinking of vacationing here needs to do the same.

Cozy house with great location This house was just perfect for our family of 4. The house was just the right size, beautifully decorated, had very comfortable beds, and Greg provided so many supplies and extras that made packing for and staying at the beach so much easier. The shed had a lot of beach supplies (chairs, boards, etc.) and the house came with a beach parking pass that was super convenient. The house was in a great location and close to all you would need, while being down the main road just enough to not have all the traffic noise. Overall we were so pleased with this house and would come back in a heartbeat.

Besties Weekend Trip We had a great time staying at Greg’s cottage. It was just the right size for the three of us. Nice and clean and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach too!
