Had a wonderful stay in this most convenient Killarney Hotel. Facilities & parking were top-notch. Breakfast was lavish - wonderful buffet selection of cereals, fresh fruits, juices & breads, cold meats & cheese selection, supplementing the hot options from the kitchen (full-Irish, etc.) - served in a lovely bright restaurant room, overseen by a most attentive & friendly hostess. Night porter was similarly helpful & friendly. And, a special word of appreciation to Adriana on reception, who went way beyond the call of duty for us to sort out a payment issue we were having in trying to use a One4All card to settle our account. She pulled out all the stops for us to get things sorted. All in all, we were really impressed by the level of service we experienced. We'll be back!

Ladies at reception and breakfast host deserve a review for themselves . They were all in such great mood, looked like they really are enjoying their jobs and it’s admirable to see. Well done to all of them. Stayed only for the night, room was good and breakfast area looks wonderful. Definitely will visit again

This once beautiful hotel is housing refugees you should see the state of it now, its an awful shame so convenient for parking and in the centre of town the local people are up in arms about it especially the restraunts and pubs and all businesses the only ones gaining are the hotel owners such a shame, would never go there again

Excellent accommodation in a very good location. Our room was spacious and light with good quality fittings ands bedding. Bathroom was enormous. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located around the corner from the main high street where there is a wide range of retail opportunities as well as pubs, bars and restaurants.

This once Beautiful Hotel is full of refugees which the locals are not happy about i would never go there again it is a shame it was so convenient and lots of parking spaces and the breakfast was so dellious staff we so friendly everything about this was so good

Without a doubt, the best hotel experience I've had in over 30 years.....except for the bed and internet. The staff, manager, chef, and repair people were all magnificent.....even when a bit of adversity cropped up with a door lock, they all were wonderful. The decor is charming. The place was immaculate. It's located within easy strolling distance from the high street. The breakfast menu was Michelin worthy. Get a more welcoming bed and a stronger wifi and the hotel would beat any 5 star hotel in our world.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for two nights. Location is great so close to the town centre yet very peaceful and quiet for a good night sleep and plenty of spaces for parking. The room was very spacious, spotless and the beds very confortable, Breakfast was amazing with a great selection to choose from and the cooked breakfast was excellent, Catherine and Seamus were fantastic hosts as well as every member of staff we came across who were all very helpful, engaging and kind. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is so close to the centre with ample free parking and excellent staff. The room was large and comfortable and a excellent shower. The breakfast was superb with a multitude of choices. Catherine helping with breakfast was so helpful and gave plenty of information of where to visit. Will be back again as we enjoyed the service, the location, the room and the town of Killarney

We felt extremely comfortable at Brook Lodge. The room we had was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location was great....close to main/high streets in Killarney and easy to get to via car. We would definitely stay here again.
