Very old fashioned bnb and for the price it was expensive . There was a putrid smell coming from the bathroom , plug sockets in bedroom not working .kettle in bedroom was filthy . If you need a peaceful nights sleep then don’t stay here as it’s very loud and can here other guest , very basic bnb would not stay again,

Perfect stay.nice big room .comfy bed .spotlessly clean.good brekfast(served with a smile).c Very pleasant snd friendly ladies managing the place.good few parking spaces I am quiet area .would defo recommend. Walking distance to town centre.

This is a good place to stay while visiting Killarney. The location is ideal with many great restaurants close by (You will love Cronin's). Our room had three beds, excellent lighting and it was quiet. The front desk was excellent, they even made calls for us for a reservation. The bathroom & shower were both nice. We appreciated that they had bars of soap but would have liked it more if they had shampoo. The breakfast was good with yogurt, toast with jams & jelly's, hot coffee, whole milk for cereal.

If you would like a room with a dirty carpet, poor lighting, lumpy beds and noisy radiators, this is the place to stay while in Killarney. If not, find some other accommodation in Killarney. Even the location wasn’t great as it seemed to be a 10 or 15 minute walk into the town centre

I have travelled all over the world and slept in some awful places, but this is at the bottom of the pile. When you walk in it feels dirty and uncared for, and there's a smoky, unclean smell in reception. We had paid upfront and therefore didn't leave immediately, and were shown the bedroom, I was in shock at the state of the place, beds sunken and carpet worn. We decided we couldn't stay there and asked for our money back. They agreed to return out money but the boss wasn't there, we returned twice and have written to them, with no response. The only thing to say after this experience is avoid at all cost, and don't believe the fake good reviews.

EXCELLANT ALL ROUND STAFF CLEANLINESS AND BREAKFAST ALL WONDERFUL LUCIA WAS AMAZING AND HELPFUL AND JERRY PASSED ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS , WE HAD A WONDERFULL STAY AND THE PROXIMITY TO TOWN WAS ONLY A 10 MIN WALK. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN

Very poor standard. No shower gel or shampoo provided. Stains on wall and headboard all chipped. Bed linen very old and outdated. Overpriced at 150 euro for one night stay. Staff were very friendly but needs updating or else price reduction
