Kibo Safari Camp, Amboseli recensioner

From the time we step out of our car, we were warmly welcomed by Geoffrey. It was my daughters birthday and I arranged with the lodge a package to celebrate her. They made the day so special for her with her room decorated with flowers, song and dance in the evening with a birthday cake - it was an unforgettable day! The rooms where charming and clean. We were very much taken care of for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely swimming pool and massage facilities. I am so grateful to all that made me and my family feel welcomed and cared for.

特別坑，接機送機居然要150美元一次，來回就花了2000多了，那邊也打不到車。而且房間都擠在一起，旁邊帳篷説話都聽得見，根本看不到乞力馬扎羅山，晝夜温差特別大，吃的都很難吃，safari也要單獨花錢，220美元半天，安博塞利本來就沒什麼動物，太坑了，這樣住兩天下來和野奢酒店價格沒有什麼區別，但是差別很大

我們住的帳篷房間，環境很好，出帳篷就能看到騎力馬紮羅山峯酒店很大。中國人入住比較多，可能也有十一的原因吧，整體滿意。

My wife and I spent two nights at Kobo with friends with Serendipity'nTravel Safaris in November 2024. It was very nice. Comfortable cabin, excellent food and drink, lovely pool, and excellent and friendly staff. Ben, the GM, was very accommodating. And the lodge is convenient to Amboseli National Park. Highly recommended.

Kibo Safari camp is absolutely divine! What a beautiful stay we had. The place just looks incredible-exactly as the pictures show. The buffet food was the best we had on our two week stay in east Africa. The staff are just so so lovely and helpful and the service was impeccable. A cold drink and fresh towel as you arrive back from safaris and a wonderful place to relax before your next adventure. I’ll remember this place forever!

The accommodation is tented and the grounds spread over several acres but safely electric fenced to keep animals away. Its a pleasure to walk around this place. The tents are big and well maintained. There is a shop, restaurant and bar. Food is delicious and service is friendly. The place is calm and quiet as this place is in the wild. My stay here was comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights when on safari with Right choice. Perfect choice. So close to the Kimana gate, it's easy to get into the park. 1. Staff exemplary. So kind , attentive yet not obtrusive. 2. Food. Great spread and delicious with every meal. Consistency was great. Chef was so kind as to get an extra bowl of curds for me . 3. Rooms, spacious and toilets large . Only things lacking, hairdryer, and better shower curtains. A kettle would also be an added touch. Huge bubble top with water kept in all rooms. But pls carry your water to the restaurant as water is chargeable. 4. Turn down service great. A great choice and a great stay in all. 5. Bar was nice and pretty well stocked. Pool closed for maintenance. Walk around the property inside the fenced area was great.

Kibo lodge is the place to be when you visit Amboseli. Its location is perfect, very close to the gate. The tents/rooms are beautiful, have all you need and are very clean. The food is excellent. There are buffets, but still every dish is taken care of very well. They have an eye for details. The bar is cosy and the selection of food is wide and good. The staff is paying a lot of attention to the guests, but in a relaxed way. Very friendly. We wouldnt hesitate when going back to Amboseli. Kibo would be our lodge! We did our safari with Spirit of Kenya. Every detail was taken care of. It was great!

Had an amazing three days an Kibo Safari Camp. Accommodation and rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities were lovely. Was great to sit and have afternoon tea/coffee in the bar/lounge and enjoy the sights and sounds if the garden. The food in the restaurant is buffet style and catered for a variety of tastes. All the food was tasty. The staff from reception to the hostesses and Livingston the Chef, Felix the porter and the barman whose name Ive forgetten but who made the nicest gin cocktail for us were friendly and helpful. We arranged our tour with Mario Tours. Sammy our driver was knowledgeable and helpful. The park itself was fantastic. The elephants of course being the stars of the show. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at Kibo safari camp, our only complaint is that our stay was too short! We hope to be back ! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with excellent hospitality. Beautiful lodge grounds and tent. The different tents (dining area, bar, massage) are all aesthetically beautiful and the meals & service were excellent.
