American Inn of Kinder

This was one of the worst hotels I ever been to. Got there Saturday evening to check in well the lady was nice enough, but didn’t understand much English, told her my name that I had a reservation. She said she needed my drivers license before I handed her my drivers license. I handed her another credit card and told her I wanted to pay with that credit card and then I handed her my drivers license. Then she made a copy of my drivers license and handed back both my license and the credit card and I said I wanted to use this credit card. She tells me she’s already ran it through with the other card course I got upset saying again I wanted to use this one, nothing she can do so well never mind. I have reserved a room with two double beds, non-smoking. Well we get to the room open the door it’s a king size bed. So I went back up to the front telling the lady she gave us the wrong room. Oh my goodness finally Get a room with two double beds. We put our stuff in there. Didn’t check anything because we went to the ****** but that night we got back to take a bath, no stopper or plug. And the thinnest towels that smelled of bleach. So my sister went up to the front desk to see if she had a stopper/ plug she didn’t even understand what my sister was saying, did give her a couple of those thin towels and then the bathtub was chipped and stained My sister had to use a wash cloth to plug up the drain. Oh the beds. The mattresses probably were 20 years old, hard as a rock. And the boxspring which were fabric covered had to be at least 30 years old. This hotel needs to reported to the hotels association. There’s so many violations they have committed.
