While the customer service of the associates was fine, the carpet in the room was so sticky! My shoes stuck to it.
To my surprise, the hotel shuttle was only available from 5/5:30 a.m. to 20:30. They were nice enough to order a taxi for me, but I did have to pay for it.
I chose this hotel for the shuttle and the location close to the mall.
They were kind enough to take me to and pick me up from the mall.

My flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

Breakfast is only bread, there's no meat .. but the hotel is easy to find ..Upgraded the room for $10 but when I check in they charged me again another $10 they double charge my credit card.
