The bathroom is a gorgeous fully tiled room, sparsely shared, serviced with a water softener offering you the option to relax and soak in a warm bath or luxurious waterfall shower with digital temperature display to aid with achieving the optimum temperature. Also there is a ceiling Bluetooth speaker should you enjoy your bathroom time enjoying light music. A brand new kitchen offering a space in the fridge, washing up sink, filtered drinking water, microwave and a kettle. There is parking available for one car in a private back yard of the property at no additional cost.
