I do not recommend coming here, we paid in advance because we had plans for the bristol race, we were told check in was at 2 oclock and when we arrived they had just started cleaning the rooms. once we finally got a key to the room we were staying in we walked in and there was a lady sucking up bugs with a vacuum and the floor was soaking wet. the ac was leaking water very bad. the gap between the door and the floor is almost an inch or more. one of the employees was looking through our window while we were in the room!! not to mention the piles of trash on the outside of the building. i dont recommend coming here, YOUR BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR!!!!

If you like Roaches and filth then this is the place for you!!! This location is a homeless and transient resident facility, NOT a motel. They need to remove the MOTEL sign. This location is not a safe or healthy place to be!

Hotel check in and checkout was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I will stay here again next time

Had another reservation at a hotel down the street, but they had a mix up on reservation. So had to find another place to stay. Did not realize this was an extremely busy weekend because of a race, This one looked nice in pictures, so we went there. Cleaning lady was folding sheets in the lobby/front desk area, as she was doing this they we getting dragged across the floor. I over looked that. I asked if they had a room and they said they did, someone checked out early…… (I know why now) we asked to see a room first. The first room they showed us I went in and looked at the bathroom. There was toilet paper in the toilet and fecus all over the toilet and it smelled the smoke. I said they room is NOT clean, then they showed me another. This was a tad bit better, not much, but the bathroom was better. We were in a bind so thought we would stay there so we agreed. They wanted to charge a $80 deposit on the room, on top of the rate. But stated we would get it back. The bath tub looked like it was painted with a brush and had chunks of paint coming off, the room door with connected directly to the out side you could literally put a pencil in between the door and the frame and see out side. I was not away of hotels still having smoking rooms. From the looks of this place people live here. The photos on the internet look better than it really is. Not worth the $150 plus.

Took 10 minutes to get someone to unlock the office and another 20 to get a room (pre booked). WILL not be sating there again

Drug heads live head full time. ********** walking around all hours of the night. Bugs in the room. Drug deals take place in back parking lot. It’s a motel more than a hotel.

I enjoy starting there. The people are always nice and willing to help you out .I stay there and time I need to.. the rooms need updated but are very clean and I have no issues at all.. Look forward to staying again.

I definitely don't recommend a stay at this hotel .Our rooms were not cleaned when we got there for check in so we went to eat for 2 hours came back and only one room was cleaned for us to put our luggage in so we could get to our event on time. When we got back from the event and got to our rooms to sleep we had dirty sheets on our beds we had no TV and one that didn't work in one room. both bath tubs had ***** hair in them and one tub had soap that looked like it had been in there for days and a used container of shampoo still in there. 2nd shift had to come in to scrub our room after the event because all hotels in the area were booked for the night.and we had no choice but to stay. then we woke up in the morning we found bed bugs and have pictures to prove it. we didnt stay our second night and drove 2 hours of our 6 hour trip home to stay in another hotel.
