I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! We were there for a lacrosse tournament, and hotel was fully booked! Our room was clean and tidy, bathroom was very nice and bed so comfy! The house keeping team did a great job everyday. I loved the boutique vibe of this hotel. Quiet and cute! Decor was lovely, and staff was attentive. We had some awesome bartenders who took great care of us at mingles and the pool bar. Food was also very tasty on property! Very nice breakfast buffet too. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you find yourself heading to Kingston!

The first room wasn't what I was use to because I have been staying here for years but yesterday I was upgraded to a suite room this will blow your mind away and also the rate was adjusted very dramatically so I have booked another 3 nights very happy at the moment

Our flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in. We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

The staff was warm and friendly. the Bellman Lascella was very attentive informative. And the housekeeping staff was exiexcellent.

Clean and quiet. Conveniently Nestled in the middle of the corporate area. A stone throw from Emancipation Park oasis in the middle of the city. Classic jamaican cuisine. Absolutely scrumptious.

The suite was beautifully decorated and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast had good options. The outdoor pool was relaxing with good seating options, and the gym was convenient.

good day all the hotel is overall good a bit aged however clean ....we ate out by the pool wait staff should have been more proactive and recognize that the guest need a KFS with a napkin.....

Top ranked front desk and especially bellman/concierge who was there during the morning—-treated customers with respectand with individualized attention
