Absolutely superb; lovely house, great rooms, fantastic breakfast (thanks Janet) and great hospitality. Graham is a marvellous host, nothing too much trouble - stored and charged our EMTBs and loads of local knowledge. Will definitely be back as it’s absolutely perfect for exploring the area. A warm welcome from our hosts. Location, facilities, breakfast etc all of a very high standard. Secure storage of cycles and a good place for dinner next door! Would return again if in the area Thank you

Our stay at Arden House was a highlight of our trip. As soon as we were greeted by the friendly host dogs we knew we would enjoy it! Janet and Graham were great, giving us lots of recommendations for food and things to do. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We stayed in the Tomatin room, which was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and had a nice big shower. The room was very well stocked with coffee, tea, biscuits, etc. We were sad to leave, but hope we can stay again!

Enjoyed a two night stay at Arden House. A warm welcome to a fabulous B & B. Lovely spacious room with all facilities. A yummy breakfast & a good location for the area. Hoping to return in the future.

Warm and welcoming, felt like home with wonderfully kind and generous hosts in both Graham & Janet and their two lovely dogs Oz and Isla. The room and facilities were excellent as was their breakfast, fresh, delicious and felt like an all you can eat buffet at times, or that's what my waistlines telling me.. Couldn't of asked for a more enjoyable and pleasant stay and we'll definitely be back.. Thanks for having us Raymond & Iz.

A nice welcome from our friendly and genial host, and a couple of good ideas re what to do and where to eat, on our travels. Room was comfortable, breakfast was of a good standard, with a well rated restaurant next door for evening meals

What a beautiful house! Our room was stunning and modern. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to a couple of restaurants and a cooperative and coffee shop and in great proximity to the walking, wild swimming and sightseeing in the area

I went on a hiking trip with my dad. One of the owners gave us advise for several hiking routes and for places to grab a bite for diner. The Rooms we’re really nice and the breakfast was wonderful. The couple that is running the place are the nicest people you could wish for during your stay.

Can highly recommend Arden House for its central location for the Cairngorms and comfortable well decorated rooms. Graham and Janet are great hosts and the breakfast is excellent! Would love to return
