We had an amazing 3 day stay at Kinka Palms Motel while we were on our honeymoon. Rooms are very clean with all we needed for our short stay. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Rooms are nice and quiet. Kinka Beach is directly across the road where we swam every morning and afternoon. The pool and spa were also clean and very refreshing every day. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a complimentary bottle of Champagne to help celebrate our nuptuals... Highly recommended staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

The best decision I made was to stay at Kinka Beach Palms Motel just south of Yeppoon. We booked a family suite for my 98 year old mother and myself and couldn't be happier. The room was spotless and spacious. The beds very comfy and the location perfect. Walked to the beach and ships not too faraway.

Kinka palms is a fantastic motel, 10/10 jemery & louise have done an outstanding job on this motel, newly renovated rooms, great styling in the rooms and surroundings areas. Manicured lawns & gardens, exceeded expectations, super clean, awesome bbq area has a, beautiful resort style seating area with great bar bench overlooking the sea, clean towels everyday, extremely quiet location, close to all bays & ferries. Certainly will be staying here on our return trip.

I’ve stayed at this motel numerous times over the past few years, however my recent stay really blew me away. The new owners have done an incredible job with the refurbishment. The rooms are now bright and beautifully decorated and the quality of everything is top notch. I thought the little touch of the portable twin stove cooker in the kitchenette provided meal options for your stay. The resort style pool and BBQ area are fantastic, together with the numerous bench and table settings made you feel like you’re at a major resort. The attention to detail is obvious everywhere you look. Kinka Beach is just across the road, perfect for leisurely walks. Whether you’re enjoying a morning stroll or a sunset walk the beach access adds to the overall relaxing vibe. I stayed for two nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The transformation is amazing and it’s clear the new owners put a lot of thought into making this place special. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quality place to stay with great location, I highly recommend this motel 6 out of 5 - it’s that good!

Nice clean well run operation. Nice little quaint touches around the place to help everyone get into the XMAS Cheer. Everything we wanted was in our Kitchenette. The room was nice and cool and we had parking right outside our room. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

We don’t even know where to start with Kinka Palms. This place has everything, it’s a home away from home. The decor is beautiful, the pool and outdoor area was our favourite. We only spent two nights here, and we are struggling to leave this morning. Louise was so friendly and came to greet us after we arrived (using the lock box). The grounds are immaculately maintained. The room was so clean, and laid out perfectly for our family of 3. We will absolutely be back. This is the type of place we want, and we will continue coming to Kinka Palms. Not many places are like this one, you have to visit. Don’t forget to play yard games on the grass, while enjoying a drink at the bar. The room was spotless, clean and the pool and BBQ area was fantastic. The owners were very friendly including the staff. The view of the beach was outstanding and it's not far from Yeppoon and Emu Park. We will be back because it was worth every cent we paid.

Nice and quiet. Just what we needed. Grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms are clean. Hosts are friendly. Beach is nice and good views of the keppel islands. Big tides so beach is only swimmable at high tide, but the motel has a lovely pool.

I cannot fault Kinka Palms.. The rooms are lovely, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is the comfiest motel bed I have ever slept in. The pool and barbecue area are just perfect. Everything you need to barbecue supplied, full size fridge in this area and a fantastic big screen TV. Lou who is the owner, is beautiful and so welcoming. Kinka Beach is straight across the road. Yeppoon and Emu Park just a short drive away. This is my 3rd stay here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm in the area.
