Definitely our go-to-place when in Kinshasa! It is convenient, clean, and the staff is super helpful. Keep it up!

Overall acceptable but one of the frontdesk re eptionist is very agressive and not helpful .. the other receptionists were nice . The hotel doesn't have any amenities , gym is in bad condition , swimming pool is more of a fountain than it is a pool

My stay as a guest was perfect. What prompted me to write this review was the outstanding service of one particular staff at the reception, named Dani. I really wanted to find a way to say that thanks to him, I received the most outstanding reception service of all my stays in Kinshasa. The hotel management should acknowledge this. The Organization of the conference could have been perfect if more preparation before the conference could have been agreed upon. Despite of this, during the conference, service was very good and the food was really really good. I’ll be back.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kinshasa especially if you are looking for a secure place to stay. I have never had such a bad hotel experience in my life. I have been travelling to Kinshasa for the past 5 years regularly and I have stayed in various hotels and this hotel is easily the worst I have stayed in Kinshasa. Someone tried to come in my room at 10pm without a room key and an employee of the hotel actually opened the door of my room to that person without even checking if it was the right room. Fortunately I was there and the person ran away. When I called the reception to complain, they did not even seem to care that it was a major security breach from their part. They sent the employee & the night manager later to apologise and that was it. The next day I told a guy at the reception that I needed to meet the director to complain and he just ignored me. I was talking to him and he just told me he was busy. I had a chat with the guest relations manager and nothing was done. It seems they did not want me to meet with the director as they knew they would all get in trouble. For the price that you pay for this hotel, you would expect a much better service but all they care about is their money.

The Hotel was great and clean . Room was cleaned daily the only disappointed was the screw behind the sliding bathroom door was on the floor all week maybe clean the floor more thoroughly. Room was large a little dated but clean enough . Beds were single beds but adequate. Balcony was nice side view of the sea . Air conditioning worked but dated . Room was near the entertainment so no sleep until after 11pm . Didn't bother us but could others. Food was plentiful and varied . Staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Plenty of good food could be repetitive after a week but we only stayed a week and chose to eat out twice just for a change . Tried the Bamboo restaurant had to book great food only hot to try once due to strange opening times. Local drink and food prices were great 2.50 euros for a beer . Meals start at 8.50 euros up to 12.00 euros plenty of choice . Pool area at the hotel was good pools needed a clean around the edges. Sun beds were reserved very quickly didn't bother us easily found two all sunbeds in working order. Pool bar was adequate but only place yo get a drink in the day . Only one bar open in the evening entertainment hit and miss .Bar service slow but adequate. Could of done with two bars open . Would return again but don't expect 4 or 5 star as you won't get it .

Mon épouse et moi-même avons été ébloui par la qualité de leur petit- déjeuner c'était vraiment du waaaauuuuuu, sans oublier le plat quand on a été mangé au restaurant avec des serveurs professionnels. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Merci d'améliorer la qualité de Wi-Fi. Pas d'autre remarque. A très bientôt

Environnement très agréable, personnel sympathique et efficace. Les tarifs sont également très intéressants. C'est sans aucun doute un hôtel que je fréquenterai plus souvent. Peut-être un commentaire - des tapis peuvent être ajoutés à la pièce.

La chambre n'était pas mal mais prix trop cher en rapport avec elle. Le service bagage est atroce. Ils préfèrent perdre du temps au client, presque 1 heure d'attente parce qu'il n'égocie la cote part qui leur est favorable avec le taxi. J'ai failli rater mon vol à cause de cela et lorsqur le taxi me l'a expliqué, j'étais sidéré.
