Brickfields Farm

This was our first visit to Brickfields Farm... and we can't wait to come back again. Our room was brilliant, with a huge, comfortable bed, an amazing, modern bathroom with bath AND shower. Ian and Karen couldn't have made us more welcome. Our breakfast was.... perfect!

Booked Brickfields Farm last minute when visiting the area, good rates for a Saturday night . It’s a family run establishment with an on site restaurant, which although we didn’t use for an evening meal got good reviews from other guests who did . Breakfast was probably best one I’ve had anywhere including 5 star hotels. The rooms are in converted barns and are large and well equipped with a sofa and small kitchen area with large bathrooms. Our room overlooked countryside and had a small patio outside which would be perfect in summer. Owner very helpful in all great place to stay . Location is a walk into Kirkbymoorside and 10 minute drive from Helmsley.

I have to say this is the best B and B I have ever stayed in,we were greeted by Karen who showed us to our room, and what a room. It was huge.Large king size bed,sofa, TV,kitchen area, and wet room.Loads of room to move about. Room opened out onto a patio and open fields.So very quiet. There was a small bar in the main building but unfortunately not open on that day.Breakfast was served in the Conservatory in the main building a good choice available cooked to order and served by our waitress. I could not fault the accommodation and the service we received. The owners were a very lovely couple who have worked hard to achieve a first class facility. Well done.

We loved Brickfields Farm. We stayed in the Stables Room, which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. Good breakfast with lots of choice, well cooked. My poached eggs were perfect. Would like to stay again in the summer as the outside space looks lovely to sit with a glass of something in the evening.

Stayed here for one night. The Feather & Beak restaurant is very pleasant with really good food served. The rooms were clean with really comfortable bed and very spacious. Lovely patio area with seating & pleasant views across the fields. Most rooms were on the ground floor which is excellent for those with mobility issues. Breakfast was also good with excellent coffee served. The hotel easily located off the A170. We will definitely return. Many thanks to all staff or a really relaxing stay.

Fantastic accommodation with an amazing breakfast. Loved the rural location and the evening meal at the on-site restaurant. The room was spacious and spotless. We really fell in love with the wandering hens and the sheep. I would absolutely recommend and we will certainly be retruning.
