Bad area left during the middle of the night. No drop box or any way to drop the keys. Not clean. Area is very questionable. Will not stay there again!

Not bad for the price. Rooms are big and have kitchens. Pool was clean and Is located right in front of old town. Lots of places to eat and hang out. Safe and quiet. Juan at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. My kids enjoy the pool and the area

Room was clean, quiet and great location. I travel for business and this location was perfect. I will return next time I’ll come to Florida. Front desk was friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable of the area and recommend me to great places to eat.

This place is disgusting and should be shut down. The hotel staff has no sense of urgency and is completely unprofessional. I arrived at the hotel a'little after 3pm when check in started only to be told my room was not ready. There was a couple already in the front office requesting a different room because of bugs in their room. I ended up waiting an additional 3 hours just to get a room. I reserved a "smoking" room but was put in a non smoking room. When I asked why I wasn't getting a smoking room, the manager said there were none available but when my friends finally got to check in, they were given a smoking room. The second day, my toilet wouldn't flush. My husband discovered this at 630am and went to the front office to report the issue, but the front office was closed and no ones was available. So from 630am-9am we couldn't use the bathroom. We finally reported the issue at 9am and all the manager did was offer to open the pool restroom. When I walked into the bathroom it was horrific and disgusting, someone had kicked in the walls and did #2 in the toilet but didn't flush. It was very clear that no one had been in there in quite some time. It was so unsanitary that I refused to use that restroom. Maintenance didn't come to fix our toilet until 3 hours after we reported the issue. On check out day, as I was walking down the stairs, someone had vomited on the last step causing me to have to jump from a higher step to get down so that I wouldn't step in it. Then to end my trip on a worse note, when I went into the office to turn in my keys, one of the staff employees was behind the desk with a cigarette hanging from her mouth having a while conversation about how drunk she was on new years.

First night, the toilet would not flush, was provided a plunger until maintenance would arrive supposed to be the next day. Did not see maintenance, stayed in my room to 11:30 before going out, did call the office in the morning asking for maintenance, I was told that they will show up. Went out for the day came back at 5:00 p.m. and toilet was still not fixed. So the only way to flush the toilet was was a bucket and a plunger. Then went out again and later came back at night there was a letter of the door, that said the water will be shut off the next day from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. . It was now time to leave this place. The rooms have not been renovated recently looks old and dingy. Had dead roaches on the floor and found two crawling. If you want to have an experience of after a hurricane when you have no power and stuff this is the place to try out. Otherwise go somewhere else.

studio 6 is a great place to stay weather its temporary or to vacation the staff there are great when ever im in the need of something the staff there does there best to make sure there guest are happy ...what i love the most is there pet friendly ...there assistant manager is awesome she does her best to help the guest and always has a smile on her face she goes above and beyond for the guest she trys her best to make the guest feel safe and welcomed...michael is the ground keeper there hes always such a haapy person with a smile on his face he does a great job on keeping the place clean and making sure the guest are happy. there maintenance monica is awesome she does her best to get her job done in a timely manner and is very friendly monica goes above and beyond to make the guest happy .... there is a new guy that works the front desk his name is keith he always makes sure the guest are happy he is very respectful. there general manager heidys is a wonderful person who puts a smile on my face she is very nice and made my dogs feel loved and welcomed by petting them with love and giving them some dog treats .
