The hotel was strategically located. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty and staff were delightful. It has air conditioning which makes the sleeping experience wonderful. It is quiet even though it is located in the heart of the city.

After a whirlwind of a trip in the village, I needed some alone time to just come down & relax & this was exactly what the hotel provided.

My check in was seamless, from the security to check in and dining staff are extremely friendly and helpful, very comfortable bed, hotel is in a very good location. Despite near a busy road, the hotel is extremely tranquil. This is a hotel I would not mind to stay in again should I pass by Kisumu.

Immediately we entered the hotel, we realized that the customer service is super good. Everyone paid attention to us. The rooms are clean. I loved how the front desk treated us very well. All I can say is I loved my entire stay here and I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in Kisumu .

The rooms were so simple and small. The bathroom has no bathtub, but it's till very nice. The breakfast was delicious, not too many options to choose from. The rates were not expensive, and they are near a quickmart and chicken Inn. It was a nice stay

Excellent customer service, from the Door man to the supporting staff. The gentleman who received us at the customer care desk was super welcoming made us feel at home. The checking and check was easy too. The breakfast has quite a variety. I looking forward to coming back.

Everything is organised here and systamatic and reception is very responsive and customer friendly ang hotel cleanliness is nice and good thing this hotel is situated in primary and safe area.. I will recommend this hotel for all Walks of people and family and friends ❤️
