Apart from the sound insulation. Other things are good. The toilet is clean, the room is big enough.

Nice hotel, room is big, good facilities, near train station, many eateries around. One thing I appreciate so much is I store my luggage in the locker and don’t know it have PIN code, cannot pick up. Luckily customer service of the hotel help me up by calling them on the pad at the self check in kiosk

I think this hotel is Very dirty and beds make me and kids so itchy. The check in time took more than an hour, so bad that i need my kids to wait for more than one hour at the lobby

1. Very spacious room for this price point to be honest. Could be because it's not a major city... 2. Kitchen equipment like induction cooker and pot and bowls and utensils were provided! Makes it possible to cook your own meals (or even just Maggie mee) fridge was very big so can buy drinks to store 3. Location was alright. Located along small alley but very near main road leading to shopping street and Kokura station. 4. Aircon and heater worked well. Great for winter weather 5. Bathroom ventilator was very strong. To the extent that it feels very cold after taking a shower. We tried closing the bathroom door at night and it was literally like a freezer in the morning when we open it. But also because of the ventilator, our clothes dried fast indoors 🥶 6. Now to the pain points. First got to be the facility management and check in check out process. This property does auto check in meaning there is no physical staff to handle your check in check out throughout. There is no receptionist at all. I made my booking 2- 3 hours prior to arriving at property. At the front door we were prompted to input entry passcode which we had no idea what it was (it's not the reservation number provided by the booking partner like Agoda or trip.com) tried to contact both the hotel helpline (there was a Jp phone number at the entrance but that's all, no other info whatsoever) and also escalated to Agoda (as I made my booking through Agoda for first nights) but no ans. In the end we had to enter property when someone unlocked the front entrance using her own passcode before we could speak to the helpdesk through the tablets. So it turns out that they claim most travellers would make their reservation at least a day prior to arrival, which was why system didn't capture my booking (yet ironically they allowed booking for same day check in .... When they clearly cannot manage the whole process) shouldn't there be more effort being put in to monitor for same day booking so the traveller doesn't get stuck at the front entrance especially in winter weather? We had to sit at the park nearby while trying to contact the helpdkesks but couldn't get through till the end...... The whole check in process was rather manual, basically you enter the info as prompted on screen then video call the helpline agent to verify before you'll get your passcode to your room. (All through tablet) Security seems alright if you're ok with the idea of using a keypad lock instead of having a physical room card? I guess customers just have to always make sure no one is looking when entering the passcode at the front door. Btw same passcode is used to enter hotel front entrance and for your room lock. All in all the biggest issue we found was the check in check out process. Overall stay was above average.

Good location. Just check in annoying because no customer service and pin not given by trip.com. Must contact trip.com customer service to get the PIN only can enter lobby

Stayed here twice. Very big room. But no hiusekeeping for the entire stay. Didnt receive email for check in.

일본에서 이렇게 넓은 방은 처음이예요! 천장도 높아서 답답한 느낌이 전혀 없어요. 화장실도 여유롭네요. 작지만 욕조도 있고 좌식으로 씻을 수 있게 의자도 준비되어 있어 편했습니다. 체크인시 패드 카메라로 인원수에 맞춰 사진, 여권을 찍고 기본사항도 입력해야 하는 번거로움이 있지만 할만했어요. 저렴한 가격에 만족입니다~ 무인이라 캐리어보관이 안되는데 로비들어가기 전 자판기쪽으로 가면 캐리어보관함(유료)이 있어요. 체크인 시간까지 아예 출입이 안된대서 저흰 코쿠라역에 짐 보관 했었는데 가까워서 크게 문제없었어요. 추가. 코쿠라 주말은 현지인이 왕창 몰려와 예약 없이는 방문이 힘들었어요. 식당은 줄서야하고, 술집은 예약이 필수이니 코쿠라 주말에 가실분들 참고하세요!! 1박하고 시모노세키로 넘어가는데 jr열차 지연으로 1시간40분을 기다렸어요;;;

역에서 5분거리 한적한 공원 옆 위치 넓은방 쾌적한 룸컨디션 최선을 다 하시는 직원분 짐 맡기기 어렵다는 점 외엔 모든게 완벽합니다 재방문의사 무조건

무인 체크인이어서 태블릿에 직접 체크인 할 때 필요한 내용을 다 적어야하는점이 불편했지만 객실도 굉장히 넓고 티비도 유튜브과 각종 ott들을 볼수있어서 좋았습니다.

위치는 시내 중심부에 있고 방도 넓어 너무 좋았습니다:) 그런데 체크인할때 조금 복잡하나 어렵지는 않았습니다~ 담에 기타큐슈 방문하면 다시 갈 의향 있습니다!

고쿠라역이랑 엄청 가까운데 숙소가 지금까지 갔던 숙소 중에 가장 넓고 쾌적했어요 넷플릭스 유튜브도 되고 좋았습니다!!

체크인과정이 조금 복잡하긴 한데 방이엄청넓어서 좋아요. 뷰는 별거없고 위치는 역근처라 멀지않아 좋아요. 가성비는 정말 최고입니다!
