We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Scape! The unit we stayed in was spacious and clean and had a homey feel to it. The amenities included at Sea Scape are great for families with children. Lots to do to keep busy and entertained, such as mini golf, shuffle board, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, a playground, an indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pools for swimming, ping pong, hand shuffle board, pool, games, puzzles, ect. The staff also provides daily activities for guests to enjoy. Some of these activities are included and some are a small fee. There are also 2 laundry facilities that are free for guests to use (you just bring your own detergent, ect. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

We went away for a long weekend. This place is so relaxing. Room was excellent. Clean and spacious. The staff was so welcoming. The indoor pool and game room is so nice. We plan to come back again. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Such a pleasent surprise.

Booked a week in February 2025. Without asking, we were assigned a bigger unit than the one we booked. It was a really nice free upgrade. The unit is spacious, well maintained, more modern than expected and all new paint colors. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Free parking very close to unit. Everything in the unit was working as it should. Bed was great, compared to so many other hotels that have you sleep on the firmest mattress they could find. No issues! Definitely recommended.

The villa was very nicely updated inside with the one exception of the kitchen cabinets which were showing their age. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. The walk to the beach was easy. Great location in Kitty Hawk. We felt it was very convenient.

Villas border Sea Scape Golf Course and ideal for golfers. Facility is dated but they are doing upgrades. Very clean and staff very helpful. The GM Tim Smith went out of his way to help with an accommodation issue we had to bed 4 golfers. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The units are spacious and clean. Golf course is next door and plenty of amenities to enjoy. 2 outdoor pools and one indoor. Rec Center and great family activities.

Sea Scape Beach & Golf Villas is in a good location, but is old and outdated. There is no TV in the guest bedroom, poorly decorated, the landscaping and grounds were poorly maintained, and the parking lot is due for an upgrade. In a unit that sleeps six, no facial tissue was included, the one roll of paper towels was partially used and only three rolls of toilet paper were provided, despite paying the RCI exchange fee and a resort fee. Check in and out was smooth and friendly, The recreation staff were friendly and helpful, although three of the nine tee boxes on the miniature golf course were missing.

I want a clean unit, friendly staff, quick response to needs, easy check in and check out, not a bunch of extra "fees" that the resort and RCI blame on each other, and a good location from which I can base my vacation. All were met. It's not fancy...don't care, I don't froo-froo. The furniture is dated...don't care, it works and is clean. The unit is older...don't care, it is not in disrepair and is safe. It's not ON the beach...don't care, there are so many easily accessible beach locations. I'd be at Pea Island with no one within a hundred yards (or maybe half mile) which is a reasonable drive. Good staff, friendly, clean. Only complaint was our upstairs neighbor had two kids that ran and jumped beginning at 6am. Can't blame that kind of rudeness on the resort.
