位置好，景色優美，可以看到阿尓卑詩雪山。出行方便，早餐也非常丰富，前台人员热情周到，服务很好。唯一不足的是停车费比较贵20歐一晚。

It's a very good hotel and well placed just a 10 minute walk to the lift station. The food is varied and very good,the spa is very welcome at the end of the day with sauna and steam cabins available. The lounge bar room is big and comfortable. In the main staff are very friendly, special mention to the Greek waitress in the stuble restaurant who was very friendly and efficient. The dark haired lady at reception should consider the effects of her demeanour on guests as she looked at times as if she disliked her job ?! I would stay at the hotel again if I returned to Kitzbuhel

We had a great week Jan 2025 skiing, hotel was superb...breakfast was plentiful dinner was very good...above all else the service was class...everyone so nice and friendly. Our room was top floor and was ideal for us , very big comfy bed and clean towels every day, only short walk into town and to Hanenkaam lift, definitely recommend and would love to return.

We had a one week stay on bed and breakfast basis in a HAHNENKAMM DOUBLE room with balcony and view. We had requested by email for a room on a higher floor and if possible with a walk-in shower as opposed to a shower inside a bath. On arrival we were allocated room 309 which was ok except for the bathroom and the shower inside the bath, which was so badly located it made having a shower really difficult and you have to request a shower mat, which is essential to avoid slipping. After one night and at 7am next day we requested a change of room as per our pre arrival request. The Reception Staff was extremely helpful and said that on arrival the hotel was full but she would change us that day to Room 409 (4th floor) immediately above where we were and this had a walk-in shower. This room was fine for us and had an excellent shower and also a better view. These rooms with the view are at the front of the hotel and are adjacent to the road, which is noisy with traffic in the early morning and throughout the day. The Higher Rooms on the 4th floor are the best. The Room itself and balcony are spacious and well furnished, but in the summer are hot and we had to have both windows and the balcony door open all the time. The room does not have a refrigerator and this would be useful. The Hotel charges for the coffee in the room. There is no ceiling fan or cooling equipment. We were ok with having the door and windows open but it does mean that you will hear the traffic. The Buffet Breakfast layout, choice and quality is good and the staff who are very friendly and helpful. If you would like a cooked breakfast THEN ASK one of the staff and they will arrange this for you without any problem. There was no mention of this at the table and if I had not read of this on a previous review then I would not have known of this option as there was no menu on the tables. The cooked breakfast was individually cooked and was good. All the Hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, and can give you good advice for sightseeing. The Hotel is centrally located and easy to walk in into the town centre and to the cable car stations. There are many very good restaurants all around and reasonably priced so we are glad that we chose the B/B option. The Sleep quality I would say is average, and we do feel the mattress could be better. We would be happy to return to this hotel, but only to the 4th floor with a walk in shower.

Have been there before: nicely with budget awareness renovated old hotel, great decoration, poor noise cancelling between rooms - you listen to the neighbor’s toilett flush among others; great breakfast with lots of high quality choices. Best alternative to other hotels und the off season.

Very clean, rooms ample sized but no frills - not even one piece of art on the walls! I didn’t notice the painted ceiling until it was time to lie down to sleep. Bathroom lacked counter space. The staff at this hotel is amazing!!!! Friendly, attentive, and definitely adequate - from reception to breakfast room to dining room. Breakfast buffet tables were abundant with a couple of extra items that could be ordered from a menu. The wait staff worked diligently to ensure orders were taken and used plates promptly cleared. Our large group (40+) ate dinner in a separate dining room each night where we enjoyed an overwhelming salad bar followed by soup, choice of one of three suggested entrees and dessert. Once again, the service was exemplary. The food was beautifully presented and was certainly beyond mediocre. A short daily walk to the Hannekham lift became less burdensome once we utilized the heated ski lockers available there. There was a ski storage room at the hotel but why haul that stuff every day when your dry boots and skis were just below the lift waiting for you. The hotel is conveniently located to shops, a grocery store, pharmacy, several restaurants and sights in the lovely town of Kitzbuhel. Would definitely stay there again.
