Tui Blue Palm Garden

We wers here second time. All is really nice. Some eco friendly changes are visible, as there were not fridges with bottled water, but it was fine. We had a room in building 33, where air conditioner was heard, but it was not a big noise. The best are ice creams! Overall food, room and stuff are great, as it was last year.

I visited here with my family, including a 2 and 4 year old and thought it was fantastic. Highlights: -Varied and delicious buffet absolutely loved the kids section, they had their own cutlery/ plates and everything was low down so that they could help themselves. -Seeing the bats flying between the palm trees at night, the cats, the kids even saw a hedgehog -Spacious room, perfect for a family. The best room we’ve had when travelling aboard we loved being able to put the kids in separate room -Loved the beach area, plenty of sun beds and a really lovely environment -The entire resort is spotless! It’s kept extremely clean and the cleaners are really friendly, as are most of the staff To be aware of: We visited in October so this may not be applicable during the height of summer but the main pool was very cold. Meaning that my son couldn’t use the slides. The splash park and baby pools were also cold however when I highlighted this to the staff they were brilliant and warmed them up. It was just unfortunate that the main pool, where the slides ran into, remained very cold (hardly anyone was using it) It was a shame that there were only 3 cocktails and 1 beer available on the all inclusive menu, the cocktails didn’t have much alcohol in them at all Overall we loved staying here and would highly recommend to any family wanting a spacious room and delicious food with plenty of options :-)

We've just got back from two weeks at this hotel. Arrival We arrived at the hotel at around 23:30 after a pretty lengthy transfer from Antalya airport. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and were shown to a table to complete our check in; as we had completed the online check in on the "Blue App", this took less than 5 minutes, in which time we were also served a glass of cherry tea which was a nice touch. After the check in was completed, we were handed our room and towel cards and walked to our room as our luggage was taken on a buggy. After a tour of our room, we went to the restaurant, where we were provided with a meal which was very nice, as we had arrived very hungry. The Room The rooms are nearly excellent. We stayed in block 34 near the children's pool, but the soundproofing is great. They are clean, spacious and comfortable, as well as being bright and modern. There is more than enough storage space for two guests (which was an issue we had staying in a Tui hotel last year) as well as a functional bathroom, with a great shower, and a very comfy, albeit twin, bed. The wifi is also excellent too. There were however, a few very minor issues we had. As a British guest, the TV is not the best as most of the channels are in either German or Turkish; while we were totally fine watching comedy central each evening, it could get a little jarring for other guests. Also the view from our balcony wasn't that great but as the hotel is on one single level, that was to be expected. Furthermore, the shower does seem unable to maintain it's temperature as it suddenly went really cold, to really hot, but this is an issue that we've had at Turkish hotels previously. Our biggest complaint about the room is the aircon though. I understand that the hotel is environmentally conscious, but not being able to adjust the temperature of your air-conditioning kind of defeats the point of having aircon in my eyes. Food As with the rooms, the food was almost excellent. The main restaurant is clean and there is space inside and out as well as an adults only areas for 16+ diners. The food is a buffet style, as to be expected from an all-inclusive, but the quality is very good. Breakfast included pastries, pancakes and waffles, omelettes, cereals, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses as well as sausage, beans and eggs each morning, which while nice, did get a little repetitive after a while. There are two options for lunch, with the main restaurant serving food as well as the Purple Turtle restaurant serving food too, albeit for a longer period of time. The food in the restaurant is very similar to that at dinner, although the tacos were very good. At the Purple Turtle, you have a choice of burger, baked potatoes, Pizza, salad and sweet and savoury pancakes. There is also coffee and cake at the Purple Turtle with a selection of biscuits and cookies. This truly is a great hotel. We arrived around midnight & quickly checked in. There was food available if required. In the morning we had a little problem that the manageress sorted without any fuss, leaving us extremely happy. The staff here are all amazing & naturally friendly. We enjoyed the yoga every morning except Sundays by the beach. The instructor (Guiversage) not sure of correct spelling was superb & encouraged everyone to push past their comfort zone. Her instruction was excellent. The food is delicious, with Sunday & Wednesdsy evenings having the best desserts on offer. We have visited many All Inclusive hotels around the world, but the chefs must be applauded. We are now day 10 of 14 & going to make the most of our last few days. Big shout out to the archery guy & excellent core n back instructor. I can honestly see why people return here year after year...

Second family visit. We had to return, the first holiday was fantastic. Accommodation was clean and very well maintained on a daily basis. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is outstanding, huge selection to choose from. Desserts are out of this world. Pool and sunbathing area are large with lots of sunbeds. Excellent selection of water sports, we went paddle boarding. Lots of daily fitness activities. Gym has a good selection of machines. The a la carte restaurant meal was very good as was the barbecue. All in all I would definitely return and would recommend to all. I have no negative comments.

We stayed for 10 nights with our two children (5&9) and my parents. The hotel is perfect, the staff are all fantastic and there are so many activities going on throughout the day that there is always something to do. My 5 year old daughter attended the kids club. She loved it and it was run so professionally. We had a two bedroom family room, it was massive and cleaned to perfection every morning. My son loved the big slides in the main pool and my daughter split her time between the main pool (which is quite deep) and the shallow kids pool. The food is great, my children are very fussy, however they always managed to eat chips, chicken and pasta at every lunch/dinner, and pancakes for every breakfast. There is loads of different food on offer tho, and it was all excellent. The entertainment was mixed. We preferred some nights to others. The hotel held a pool party night with a DJ which was great! We are at the bbq one night, it was lovely and such a beautiful setting. Outside the hotel is a large shopping place, which was good to look around. We got a taxi to Side one evening which was nice but it got very busy. The taxi was 50 euro return trip. The beach is sand/shingle, we took beach shoes! The sea is great and in august was really warm. We had no issues with sun beds, there were always lots available up until Aprox 10am, after that you kind of have to walk around finding the spare ones and pull them together to make your spot. Bring euros, everything in the shops is priced in euros. We had Turkish Lira and they were happy to convert it for us at the tills - but euro would have been easier. My only little moan - kindly the hotel let you go into the restaurant after you have checked in if you arrive very late, which is lovely. However you just get given whatever meal they saved for you and therefore my fussy children wouldn’t eat, so went to bed without eating that night. Perhaps the staff could just provide some chips or plain pasta. I did ask if either of these were available but was told no. It’s a beautiful hotel and we hope to return
