Club Nena - All Inclusive

Honestly hands down worst Hotel I have stayed in, no entertainment whatsoever. Barely all inclusive the food is horrible and cold, the ‘mini bar’ is literally waters, for the price we paid was expecting at least soft drinks, Rooms are average but cleaning non existent, staff are rude. The hotel is boring, absolutely nothing to do other than pool and eat rubbish food with a horrible alcohol drink.

For a cheap hotel during the April school holidays I believe this place was lovely. 13 of us went, 8 adults and 5 children. Upon arrival check in was quick and easy and a lovely man helped us take our bags to our room. Me, my husband and our daughter had a family room which meant that our daughter had her own bedroom. We are so glad we paid a little extra for this. The room was cleaned everyday and everyday we were given fresh towels which was lovely. Beds were comfy aswell. The only negatives were that our tea and coffee never got restocked which for us was annoying as we like a hot drink every night and every morning. Our shower was also leaking out of the top when it was on which caused water to squirt over the otherwise of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We just put a hand towel over the top though to stop it squirting. Shower temperature and pressure was amazing! The other families we were with all loved their rooms to and said how nice and clean they were. The pool was absolutely freezing but that's due to the time of year. Literally nothing the hotel could do about that 😅 we still had fun and jumped in everyday. It was also very clean. We were always up early and saw the workers cleaning the pool every morning. As the hotel was so quiet we never had to rush for sunbeds and we always ended up getting the same beds everyday which was perfect for us. We also made the most of the water park most days and the slides were so fun! Perfect for all ages because there was also a kiddy pool for the really young children. Beware the white and orange slides are very very fast. I lost my bikini top at one point due to this 🤣 another great part about the pool is every single day you are given fresh pool towels! Beach was slightly disappointing as you will need shoes if you want to go into the sea as the stones were extremely painful on our feet. Also the beach bar for all inclusive only did soft drinks and beer unlike the pool bar which also did spirits. However if you didn't mind paying they have a different bar which wasn't included in the all inclusive. What I did like was that there was a little play ground in the middle of all the sun loungers and no one walking around trying to sell you things like other countries we've visited. Food wasn't awful. Always something for us all to eat and the salad options were always fresh. Always a meat, fish and chips available. I thoroughly enjoyed trying something different every night whether I liked it or not. Juices were to sweet for me as the only negative. Shops on site had loads of cheap clothing items. Sun lotion and pool floats were expensive so make sure you bring your own. However everything else was very good price. Entertainment staff were very nice and every morning at 10am they would walk around and invite everyone to join in in various games. Turns out I'm terrible at volleyball 🤣 they also ran kids club everyday which all the children loved. They made cookies one day, pirate party another

Nice area but managemant. The staff not kind. So rude. Foods are bad. We didnt like it. Not delicious. Rooms not comfortable. So old hotel. All staff should change. Who iş managing that hotel. Animation iş so rude. Never recmmend. Becarefull about barmens and waiters

I don't know how to say it. It couldn't be worse. The registration time at the reception. The cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is outdated. Old. and the worst thing is the indifference and rudeness of the staff. such bad staff. such bad service. Honestly we were very afraid of the staff. Especially the waiters. The bar and restaurant staff are very bad. The food is not tasty. Nothing is good. I don't want to give details. It is a neglected and very bad hotel

Avoid this hotel if you are looking for the real 5 star all inclusive experience!!! I don't know where to start. We made our booking via an agency that uses the services of TEZ TOUR and looks like what was shared with us at the reservation stage is not true at all. We arrived at 17 o clock on Thursday, 19th of September and had to wait for over 15 mins with an infant in a reception without AC to get a porter to take us to our room. During check in nothing was explained to us about the hotels amenities, what is under All inclusive and what is not. To my surprise when I went to the pool bar to get a mojito I was surprised that I had to pay extra for such a basic cocktail. Basically, the hotel offers 5-6 cocktails with some liquor which are free of charge but if you want a mojito, long island or any other known cocktail you need to pay extra. The main restaurant where food is served is also a true disappointment - the food is more or less the same every single day. For me the food is tasteless and they don't offer a good variety of choice so you can keep eating fries . The pool is nice but not the beach as you can see in the sand left cigarette butts which need to be cleaned. I will not be coming back to this hotel. I don't like the food, the service and the general attitude of the hotel staff! I will not be booking anything again through TEZ TOUR as their rep, Seyfettin, he doesn't take any feedback and his only reply is this is what it is... Basically deal with it!

Having read all of the other recent reviews I can only agree with them. In summary: Food was very poor with much of it recycled from earlier sittings. Cold food was not chilled so became tepid, and hot food was not kept hot so soon also became tepid. I think this is the most likely reason that we both had to take loperamide every day of our stay. The food hygiene was non existent, with most of it uncovered allowing not only flies to get on it but hundreds of people to be talking all over it, and many that we saw even coughing and sneezing on it without making any effort to turn away! Most days I would only eat the hard boiled eggs for breakfast, skip lunch and then eat fruit for dinner and even then would wait until I saw a fresh serving put out. I did try to eat some meat. The Veal was tiny chunks of what could have been anything but was dark brown and the consistency of used chewing gum. The chicken was the right colour but tasteless and the turkey was also brown and I gave up trying to chew it after 30 seconds or so. On the plus side I managed to lose 2kg in weight over our 6 days🤣 If you are British do not expect to find anything that would remotely appeal to British tastes! No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the ‘free mini bar’ consisted of an iced up fridge with 4 bottles of water in it. The air con is set at 18° minimum and switches off as soon as either door is opened even a tiny bit. The room never got to 18 degrees, even if we left it on all night, the lowest was 23° which I measured with a thermometer. I believe that the system needs either cleaning or re-gassing. Surely this is another health hazard? One of the beds had a mouldy pillow cover which was not replaced for 3 days despite being left on plain view on the bed every day. At 1030pm 2 days after we arrived there was a knock on our door and I was given an envelope telling us that we must attend the introduction meeting on the lobby with our return flight details and transfer voucher at 9.30 am, only 13 hours too late! Next day we went to see the customer services manager who was basically completely disinterested and spent most of our meeting taking phone calls and ignoring us. We did however manage to book the Turkish restaurant at extra cost for our last evening. So regarding the ‘a la carte’ restaurants, there are not 3 as advertised, there is one upstairs outside area which is used for the Italian, Fish and Turkish restaurants, and each has to be prebooked at extra cost and is only open for 1 night a week. If there are not enough bookings then it is cancelled on the day. Again the food was very poor for our Turkish meal, there was no choice of menu at all and the vegetable side dishes were already on the table and cold when we arrived. They looked like they had been there some time and open to the elements. Morale amongst the staff seemed very low and all but 2 that we met could speak no English at all and were very unhelpful.
