Single-family house "Korina", 2 storeys. 1.3 km from the centre of Klana, 19 km from the centre of Opatija, 15 km from the centre of Matulji, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, along the wooded area, 17 km from the sea, 17 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn 130 m2, swimming pool angular (12 x 3 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach "Volosko" 17 km, concrete beach 17 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. 3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). We stayed in this lovely house and had an amazing time. The host Mirela, was really welcoming, organized, responsive and helpfull.-Clean, lovely swimming pool, -Great garden.-Beautiful surroundings, -Perfectly located for trips to the coast or hikes

We had a fantastic stay here. Klana is a nice place where you can relax and it is near to all Activity Places to drive with Car. The Villa was clean, and very beautiful. The Pool was fantastic. Very kind and lovely Owner.
