KSL Esplanade Hotel recensioner

Conveniently located in KSL mall where we can shop and dine. Big room with complete basic amenities. I book because we have a sport event in KSL Esplanade mall.

This is my second time check in to this hotel, well maintained and clean, staff are friendly and offer slightly late check out for us, will come again.

I chose this hotel for a short staycation and it was worth the money. Very near to the shopping mall only beside the mall which has a lot of activities for the kids. Also the hotel provides a hot spring for relaxing and the swimming pool has a mini water theme park for the kids.

Comfy hotel that I used to stay, my fav stay when outstation for works. Great!

The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, conveniently close to key attractions and shopping areas in Klang. Overall, KSL Esplanade Hotel offers great value for money with its excellent service, modern facilities, and convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klang, and I look forward to returning in the future!

The moment I checked in, I was welcomed by friendly staff and very fast checking. The room itself was absolutely nice and cozy. Overall, I recommend the hotel for those who plan to stay here for 2-3 nights.

Its an ok hotel but i wish they can provide a water dispenser like coway. Lift was very slow during peak hour best if they can set max capacity when the lift already full to avoid stopping every floor and hopefully they can reopen again the kids club.

Location was far a bit from the Klang city but this hotel was full with amenities like garden, spa, hot spring, and so on. Must try on it, for those beer drinkers can go uncle don there with a good garden view. Uncle don is located outside the mall approaching with separated escalator. you guys my try with the bike service at the garden, fun and suitable for all ages

2nd time dtg sini after last year 2023. Ank2 akan happy sgt bila dtg sni bcs hve mini waterpark. Overall best utk beli jiwa ank. Bilik selesa. Cuma this time kami dpt bilik yg bunyi aircond kuat. Masa 2023 ada gym n kids play room yg bersebelahan. Tp kali ni (2024) dua2 da jd bilik event. Breakfast n environment semuanya helok. Tq2. 2023 Dpt harga 150++ (weekends, sut&sun) Breakfast ✔️ Mini waterpark✔️ Gym✔️ Kida playroom✔️ 2024 Dapat harga 250++ (fri&sat) Breakfast✔️ Mini waterpark✔️ Gym❌️ Kids playroom❌️ Layanan dan bilik semuanya superb.

Welcoming reception. Able to check in early. Free parking (as October 2024). Easy access to the shopping mall.

Beautiful place to stay, cosy bed, easy access to the mall. Sure will come back!
