Prime City Hotel Kluang recensioner

The facilities are getting old and not functioning well, did not control area of smoke, it will downgrade the hotel image, Overall ok.

This hotel is situated next door to Kluang Riverview hotel and connected with the same parking lots. I would definitely give a 4 star experience staying in this hotel. I booked a superior king room for 2 nights and my overall stay is very much pleasant. Room is spacious and clean, and to my surprise, the AC was already on prior to my arrival and I stepped in to the room feeling cold (much needed due to hot weather outdoor). Bed and pillows are super comfy too. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly and despite the old design, this hotel is very comfortable and location is very strategic. Recommended for you and your family if you are here in Kluang town.

Not bad Aircorn , WiFi, Water pressure ok Hotel is not in the central of city but still consider ok .Have to walk about to look for the food and Kluang mall

The location is very strategic which is next to the Bus Terminal. However there are few demerits during our 2D1N stay. From the first entering the toilet tho it is cleaned but very smelly, maybe due to the drainage system is not being maintained properly. The bedsheet and pillow also have unpleasant smell. The receptionist duh.. dont let me start it. Very rude and annoying. How can a front desk staff show such cold gesture while welcoming the guests 🙄. After coming back from breakfast suddenly our door cannot open while it still half an hour before check out time. When I'm asking the staff why the door cannot open he rudely said checkout 1130 which is stated in the platform BEFORE 1200. Sadly, not going to choose this hotel ever again. Thanks for the "welcoming" gesture.

Ok for stay. Toilet was dirty. Breakfast only at 7.30am. Not worth to pay for breakfast that late if on business travel.

Location in town center, fast check in (Allow Early Check In)! but no shower screen in toilet and it become wet on floor

The service is really good. Ample of parking space. Near to mosque, and convenient store. At night, there's a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The pillow is too high and the toilet fan noise is loud, which affects sleep quality. However, the hotel has a convenient location near the bus station.

Quite old but big space room. Shower room have no space to put your shampoo and etcs. You need to out in on the floor

The only good hotel surrounding. A disco located at level 4, the music will played till midnight and will annoying and disturbing.

When booking through Trip, I specifically requested not to have a corner room. However, I was still assigned a corner room upon arrival. It was disappointing that the request wasn’t taken into consideration.

I stayed at this hotel for my business trip for only a night. The room was so so but still quite cozy. And the location was quite strategic with walking distance to Kluang Mall and bus terminal. The only downsides were no water heater and the breakfast buffet had very limited selection.

The pool was ok, but can see abit green.... Room is normal big shower room
