Milano Hotel

Hotel good location except if you have a room on the front as the birds chirping at night can be a bit annoying it’s as though they are trying to get in the room my room was 110 but besides that the staff are great and friendly plenty of eateries in the area and not far from transport hubs ie train /bus stations

No lift, only stairs. Card got deactivated before check-out, making me climbing up and down, abit troublesome. Room not soundproof, birds outside the window chirping all night long, can affect sleep if you are a light sleeper. Location is good.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly n helpful trying to settled booking issue with Trip.com. Only minus point no elevator. So those with big luggage or seniors will hv a bit of problem. Overall great experience staying there.

The hotel building looks scary and old. There are so small birds above the building and it is so noisy that it can be heard inside the room. There is no elevator also so if you have many luggages it is a hassle.

Nice room. Clean and spacious. Good water pressure. Just bird chirping is too loud. Overall nice, near to food stall, KTM and bus station

Never expect the hotel to exceed my expectation. Thought solo so no need to spend so much but the location, overall vibe is great.

Horrible experience. We waited over 30 minutes to check in because the person in charge was nowhere to be found.

1. Good location 👍 2. Clean😊 3. Friendly staff 😇 4. Enjoy bird chirping 😉 5. Affordable room rate 🙃

It was a convenient spot and meets all the basic needs. Would definitely recommend!
