Great B & B, the room was comfy and clean, plenty of toiletries, iron and board in the room. Fresh Milk is available in a fridge on the landing. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order. Location is great for exploring Knarsborough. Train station is a few minutes walk and we took the opportunity to explore York and Harrogate on the train.

Had a lovely stay. Great guest house I would visit again. Owner very welcoming and helpful to point me in the right direction to tourist attractions and shops. Room very clean and quiet. They think of everything; toiletries, in the room such as tea/coffee/biscuit, little fridge outside the room with milk and bottled water, and own private entrance. Amazing breakfast and coffee. They were happy to let me leave my luggage before check in and same offered at check out time so I could explore without the hassle of taking my case. Highly recommend

What a lovely bed and breakfast ! A great location minutes from the town centre. Although there is no parking places allocated you can unload and load your cases right outside. As we were staying for 2 nights we parked in the long stay car park which is about 8 mins walk away at a cost £1.90 for 24 hours. We were given a very warm welcome by Karen on arrival and shown to our room. Our room was very comfy and spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was tea and coffee in the room with little extra's like chocolate, sweets, biscuits etc, which were a treat and a very thoughtful touch. You are asked to choose a time for breakfast and pre-order the day before which was a great idea. This ensuring your breakfast was served piping hot and it was absolutely delicious. Karen and Rob are wonderful friendly and accommodating hosts who offer a fantastic B & B experience. Would definitely stay again! .

The B&B was perfect in every way.. Conveniently located near the train station and close to all the attractions. The superior double room was very modern and the hospitality tray had biscuits, chocolate and sweets that went down a treat. The cooked breakfast was amazing and catered for vegetarians. Karen and Rob are very approachable and on hand to provide suggestions. The room was services each day with fresh milk and water left in a fridge for all each room. We would definitely stay here again. We ate at the Marigold Cafe, Two Brothers Grill and Pizzeria, and Drake Fish & Chips. We are also had drinks at The Worlds End and Six Poor Folk. There were lots of places we didn’t manage to eat or drink so we will definitely have to visit again!

Great location just minutes from the station and right in the heart of Knaresborough. Karen and Rob are warm and welcoming and deliver an excellent breakfast! My room was spotless and with all the extras I like such as great lighting, comfy bed, proper hangers, iron and board and a really decent tea and coffee tray with fresh milk and treats. The bathroom is well equipped too. These hosts know what guests need. Will definitely return with my husband if we decide Knaresborough is where we should retire!

We booked this B&B at very short notice and must say we weren't disappointed. Located in the heart of Knaresborough with car parking very convenient also very local to the many sights, restaurants and bars. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly with a good sense of humour but also very attentive and proficient. The rooms were very well equipped, we're warm and very clean. A very comfortable bed with nice duvets and comfy pillows made for a good nights sleep. Tea and coffee making facilities were available using fresh milk. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch. No road noise. A very warm and clean shower room with good quality towels and complimentary toiletries. For breakfast. A pre order form is requested the previous day with very good choice indeed, breakfast cereals and fresh fruit are available on the morning but we opted for a full English and must say it was one of the best breakfasts I have had in any accommodation, cooked to perfection and locally sourced. Ample supplies of tea, coffee and toast if required. There aren't enough of these little gems being preserved and this is one we will definitely be returning to. A great place run by great people. Can thoroughly recommend.
