ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW, YOU MUST LEAVE AT LEAST 1 STAR Checked in at 9:30 PM on a Friday night, the front desk clerk wasn't very friendly but ok whatever. We get to the room and it is disgusting!! Mold in the bathtub, and toilet, toothpaste or something all over the bathroom door, dark substance (have no idea what it is dripping down the bathroom door jam. Went to front desk to complain and Greg the clerk was by far, had the worst attitude & customer service of anyone I have dealt with. When i showed him the pictures he not only didnt apologize on behalf of the hotel his response is "well what do you want ME to do about it?" Wow, just wow!! I told him he can at least apologize on behalf of the hotel and he said why, i didnt do that!!" WHAT??? Then he said well I dont have any other rooms. I said you could discount the filthy one Im staying in. He said I cant do that, you can take that up with someone tomorrow!" I told him he was horrible at customer service, he told me Im a horrible customer!! I told him this was hotel was far below Wyndam standards and that I would be calling customer service..His response was, "oh well, go ahead" I traveled a long way tonight and hotels are sold out, so I had no choice but to stay in the disgusting nasty room but I will be speaking to both management and corporate about this pathetic experience
