Incredibly special place. Robert creates a wonderful holiday experience for his guests. The location and views cannot be beaten. We loved every minute and can't wait to go back. This was our base for four days from where we explored the area. We would have spent longer if there was availability. We will be back next year!

The location is five stars and so are the view, the very charming interior, the privacy and the wonderful little private terrace. We have, however, not slept well in the bed and the intense moisture in the room made it smelly (not surprising given the location). We therefore left after our first night and moved on. I wished Robert had offered a partial reduction for the second night, which we paid in full (to be fair: that is fully in line with his cancellation policy).

My second visit. I was once again enchanted. Very unique property with such a magical layout and location. So much attention has been placed in creating this atmosphere. Can’t quite apply describe too the tranquility felt with the sound of the estuary waters coming and going with the tides. The staff are wonderful and helpful and as a result I too have the same crisply fresh aroma to my linen at home. I will of course stay again and again at this most wonderful place and gift a stay to others I hold dear. Thank you Robert, Two Angels is like no other…

The property is very much decorated in the French antique style and is charming for it. Built on a steep slope leading down to the beach it has several section, a larger house suitable for large groups, a family sized house and the bijou "lovers nest" that is down at the waters edge. We stayed in this so the following comments only refer to it. Small, just for a couple but contains everything needed, bed sitting area with a balcony over the beach, small kitchen with full facilities and a shower room. All very twee and French in style .We were given excellent directions on how to get there and were met by the owners son who showed us around. Access is by way of steep, rough steps down the garden so you would need to be sure footed. Our only criticism is that it would have been nice to know the power shedding timetable and to have been given some information about local restaurants. We found out too late that the only one in easy walking closed at six pm! We recommend Twoangels and would stay there again.

This place is nothing short of magical... Surreal almost. In our opinion one of the most beautiful places of SA. Water of the lagoon right on your doorstep (or beach with low tide). Lovely rooms, very nice surrounding garden, perfectly equipped kitchen(s), BBQ's, etc. etc. And above all the staff and host are lovely. If you like playing golf there are 2 very nice courses within 10 minutes. Hope to visit again!!!

This was our second visit to TwoAngels Guest house, and again we left saying we will be back. The view from the guest house is truly spectacular. The owner and staff always friendly and accommodating. It is truly a gem in Knysna, like a home away from home.

This has been one of my best travel experiences. The Location is one of the best even compared to my Caribbean holidays. Two angels has a very serene atmosphere, the private beach is just amazing. they are dog friendly that is difficult to find. Would be great if you offered breakfast as with that view I want to go nowhere for meals as it has the best view is Knysna right on the water

This place is heaven! We had a very warm welcome. The view over the lagoon is beautiful. Friendly angels helped with our very heavy bags. The apartment is well equipped. The terrace is the best place to relax. You don't want to leave, but there's so much great sightseeing nearby that you shouldn't miss it.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. The location was spot on. Probably the best in town. We we could have stayed longer, but all good things need to come to an end. Thank Robert. You were wonderful!!
