Not recommended, room and facility is outdated/need major renovation, water is smelly, lack of common courtesy to non-white travellers and location is too far from walking street. Dont waste your time here, price of the room is expensive and not equivalent to the service/facilty provided.

Тихое приятное место, никакой музыки, шум моря, птицы , прекрасно. Время посещения - конец ноября, очень сильный восточный ветер , море было неспокойным, рыбок очень много, снорклинг интересный , персонал отзывчивый, есть трансфер до волкинг стрит , можно и пешком прогуляться . Вечером был прилив , по берегу уже не прогуляться . Завтрак очень скудный, мебель старая, постельное белье было хорошим, чистым. Тишина и покой вот главный плюс этого места .

性價比一般，日出沙灘，早餐一般很少，老闆很熱情，出行步行街還算方便，就是酒店設施老舊蚊子多

Персонал хороший и отзывчивый, отель конечно уже староват, а завтрак совсем простой. Но место классное, свой пляж, дают каяки и маски.

房間真的很差，蚊子超級多，房間設施老舊，不建議入住，説是度假村其實就是私人開的，這是我在麗貝島住宿體驗感最差的一個，大失所望，建議大家不要考慮這家招待所，

優點:離海灘很近，跟十月共享沙灘，且對面有個小島可以游過去或者小船自己划過去，多一些打發時間的娛樂項目！，小島旁邊可以浮潛。可以免費租借皮筏艇，挖沙玩具，救生衣等設備…… 缺點:早餐種類較少，酒店外立面很好看 層層疊疊都比較新，但裏面的硬件設施比較堪憂，定的兩張床的家庭房 價格七百大幾，除去海灘的地理位置優勢外性價比很不高！ 離步行街比較遠，交通不方便，酒店也不提供接送服務 不推薦

Globalement séjour satisfaisant mais ne vaut pas le prix Positif : Vue de l'hôtel imprenable sur la mer Chambre spacieuse et plutôt propre Petit dej correct sauf boisson chaude Négatif : - Emplacement : Hôtel situé à l'extrémité de l'île et difficilement accessible à pieds car de nombreuses pentes pour rejoindre l'hôtel. Il faut prendre une navette proposée gratuitement par l'hôtel de 18h à 20h seulement. Heures de départ aléatoires et retour non garantis ... donc j'ai dû à chaque fois prendre un tuk tuk (50bath) Idéal donc pour ceux qui veulent s'isoler de la walking street... - Accueil : personne n'est venue me récupérer au port de Koh Lipe alors que le service était compris dans le prix ... Les propriétaires (couple Thaïlandais et Allemand) très froid et hautain... je demandais des renseignements sur le chemin à prendre pour atteindre l'hôtel et la bonne femme me regardait faisant mine de ne pas comprendre et m'a répondu sèchement accès par la plage... cette attitude n'est pas a l'image de l'hospitalité des thaïlandais donc très déçue! La seule personne à avoir communiqué est la jeune fille qui travaille avec la proprio (merci à elle) - Hygiène : un cafard a été retrouvé dans ma salle de bain le dernier soir du séjour et odeur nauséabonde venant des toilettes Les draps sentent le propres mais sont en mauvais état (tâche de café et déchirés)

裝修陳舊，水有一股怪味，也沒有隨時可供服務的餐廳和酒吧，房間佈局一般，它家蚊子特別多。實在是因為訂不到房間才住的，隔壁的ten moons 服務特別好、裝修好啥沙灘好，忘記就差四百，簡易1100還是選別的

Bathroom terrible- old and smelly Breakfast terrible- fine you have no money and your rooms are worn out, at least try and make up for it by offering a decent breakfast. Beach AMAZING- probably the best on the island, but it can be used by anybody it is not private. Room old and out dated- only 1 bed on the balcony, only 1 bedside light (and that was a disgrace) General maintenance and cleanliness awful - general sewage smell. We paid £140 a night for a room, never again. The staff were nice and tried hard

For the price we paid, certainly the quality did not match the facilities and experience that we get. REALLY REALLY THE WORST STAY I EVER HAD. Location is very bad, tuktuk did not even send you to the reception because it's downhill and VERY VERY STEEP. You have to HIKE if you want to reach your tuktuk especially if your room type if so-called BEACH FRONT ROOM. For the room itself, we did not get proper pillow like normal one. We got like sofa pillow that is one third of normal sized pillow. and also not forget to mention, the bedsheet is torn....for the nightly price of around 12,000THB..i would at least expect DECENT stay. but my stay at a motel of 500thb is veryyyy far much better than this. Honestly, this resort made my trip to Koh Lipe as a nightmare, I felt very traumatic to come to Koh Lipe just because of this resort. I didnt even enjoy the beach because I was very frustrated with the overpriced stay with very very bad service and quality of room. I really really hope they can improve the housekeeping and maintenance of the room.

This hotel is to avoid !! We paid more than S$200 per night for a rotten room !! When we arrived the bed sheets was dirty, the toilets was dirty too. In the bathroom the miror the sink was also dirty and all the shower head system rusty !! First day, despite the condition we asked nicely to them to change the bed sheets and clean the toilet. They did it. Then we realised that the safety box had a problem. A rude German guy came into the picture ( the lady boss husband apparently) and explained us that the first row of number don't work. He clearly showed that he wasn't happy with our requirements but how we could know ?! Second day my husband take the room chair to the balcony since only 1 long chair was there . He Is very skinny and he is 57 kg only. He was talking on the phone and the chair broke! He almost got badly injured and got a big bruise on his arm. Not even one time the boss or the manager apologize towards us ! Why? Because it was New Year and the whole island was fully booked ! We tried to be honest to run away from this place but we couldn't ! I don't understand this kind of mentality, we could have been really angry but we never ! After that every day the German guy said hello to everyone excepted us ! Was it too much to request a clean room ? I really don't understand the nice comments below, maybe they was lucky because so far most of the customers complained about this hotel during our stay...

Just Facts about Kathalee Kho Lipe from hospitality expert. Most people write about their holiday feel not actual hotel facts which you pay for.. Location good on the beach, windy side of island. Very nice restaurant next door @ ten moons resort. Breakfast same menu everyday but not bad , good variety of fruit, and good pancake (bread is the worst) Bathroom the worst condition, old, dirty and no air vent neither room or bathroom ( warning: don't take a sh*t), water for sink and shower it stinks like sewage same smell outside of your room... can't wash anything as it smelled worse after washing... Beds must be over 20years old with worst condition of mattress I have slept, spring going in to your body, and I am slim, low weight... Mosquito big problem due to sewage... Overall very dirty island Kho Lipe... Sadly, we pay Europe hotel price per night and you get very very poor quality accomodation...180$ per night is not cheap... warning, rooms sold as sea view when they are not....crooked people....sadly these people don't think on renovation and that is not hospitality but greed...( resort quality, that's what we pay for, not fake smiles)
